Greggs — Restaurant in Wolverhampton

Always a friendly welcome. Food well its Greggs pretty standard. Pastys with not a lot in them. Breakfast bab. Half of what it would be anywhere else.. coffee good and cheap. Sandwiches always seem good quality.

Saving points on the app for freebies is pointless unless you use the store daily. I've saved up for freebeez and they only last one month or you loose them.

5 starts on customer service and cleanliness.

Not sure of the young lads name that works there. But I see him early in the morning and late in the evenings sometimes. Great worker and credit...

Food great....guy was ignorant and didn't want to engage or help with my order. We all have bad days but a little smile, personality and common sense would have saved me 25 minutes of sitting around. Food to go was ready but couldn't be bothered to tell me. Yes we all work hard especially in the food/service industry. First impressions and all that. The concept of food to go was to reduce food waste, carbon footprint and reclaim cash back to businesses.

Everytime I come, the 'hot' counter is near empty and what remains is cold. I get that lunchtimes are busy and being on a motorway junction will only make this worse, but how hard is it to put stuff in the oven to replace what you KNOW you're going to use? Constantly having to wait 10-15 minutes for something when it's supposed to be 'Grab and Go' is ridiculous.

As for the service, the staff are blatantly unmotivated, depressed...
