First time visiting this place,omg what a terrible experience. Sat down ordered our drinks which was fine,they came,then waited and waited for service in the end had to find a waitress to say we were ready to order. We asked the waitress what was in some of the food and she hadn't a clue and looked stressed,ordered food and waited 45 minutes for it to arrive, then the fun began we sat and watched has the waitresses served food to the wrong people, the older waitress shouted at one customer saying he was served the wrong food and not to touch it,I have never witnessed such appalling service.when our main eventually turned up we was given the wrong food when they realised they took it off us and gave it the table behind(shocking)an hour we waited for our main which was served in bits.i can honestly say I have never eaten at a place like this..I have never experienced such poor service has I did here tonight,we were served by staff who hadn't got a clue what they were doing,they were miserable, unhelpful and rude.andcto top it off they put a service charge on the bill which we refused to pay.when we went to pay the man who took the money was as horrible has his staff.food very Bland and overpriced. I speak has I find and if your good you will get a good review but this place, there is nothing good .
