Altaf's Grill House — Restaurant in Worcester

Ordered through just eat where they advertise a £3.50 delivery fee. We recieved a call asking originally for an extra £3.50 which soon turned into £6.50 as their delivery fee was actually £10.00 and that just eat hadn't changed it. We stated that we weren't prepared to pay this as it was false advertisement, that they should get it changed and asked for our order to be cancelled as we were not prepared to pay that price, which they wouldn't do. We ended the call so we could cancel it our end only to recieve another call asking for the money again. Once again we asked for the order to be cancelled to which they refused and so we cancelled it our end in hopes to save my grandmother from loosing money. We cancelled it only to recieve a text from just eat stating that we wouldn't recieve a refund as we continued to speak on the phone to them and asked them to check that it had been cancelled and confirm it would be refunded they told us they didn't know and couldn't help us but would get their boss who told them the same thing. From what we can understand there has and won't be a refund. Our order was £41.50 without their "added charge". I will never return to this place as they false advertise their prices through just eat who are extremely clear with all their other establishments. I've ordered from Shimla before (a wonderful place to eat from) and even they don't charge that amount and they are clear on their pricing. I will never ever order from ALTAFS grill and recommend others don't either as you could be subject to this too. If I could give...

I really don’t know where to start I’m from Nottingham came to Worcester to work felt like something different didn’t want to cook through get a take away went on Google this place came up I through give them a try omg what a mistake I made rang them was on hold for 20 minutes then I put the phone down called again gave my order they said it be an hour I was ok with that because they were busy the food I ordered chicken donner on naan salad and sauce it was ok It didn’t look like chicken donner more like chicken tikka maybe everyone does it differently I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ and I ordered small pizza I think it was there house special the pizza taste like it gone off plus found small hair in it I throw it in the bin I paid £19 for both I just wanted the chicken Donner but it was less because of delivery so I had to get something with it I’m very disappointed ☹️ wasted my money i had to give a star to leave a review otherwise they don’t deserve that either 👎👎👎im an honest reviewer with every take away i use will never order again sorry please avoid this place at...

Have ordered many times but this will be our last The Large Mega Grill Box was neither large or mega, they have been getting smaller each time we order and this one was poor tasting and it didn't even look like a medium size. The pizza didn't arrive with the Grill Box and took around another 30mins I contacted live chat with regards to the grill box and the pizza they asked if i wanted to cancel the pizza which i declined and they wanted a phot of the grill box, which we couldn't provide as we had eaten it whilst waiting for the Pizza i chased a response and the operator...
