Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Worcester

I went to this Costa for a quick cup of coffee, the service was slow but as there were only 2 members of staff on I felt like this was understandable and not a problem. I made my order specifying I wanted a latte with coconut milk due to a dairy allergy, not a problem. My issue was when it was being made, they made my friends first no problems made with regular milk... then they proceeded to make my drink with normal milk and not coconut. If i hadn't of been watching or asked if it was definitely coconut milk I would of drunk it and be none the wiser and then have an allergic reaction and not know what I'd reacted to. The staff remade the drink no problem, and they were lovely the entire time. I just think that more care should be made when someone asks for an alternative milk to make sure it is the alternative due...

Was served by George on Monday 17th just after 8a.m. My Grandaughter had a babychino which was served in a takeaway cup & I was handed a marshmallow in a serviette (?). There were no plain croissònt which was disappointing as there are normally. Service is usually excellent - Harry always serves the babychino in a cup with saucer & spoon & marshmallow, bringing it over on a tray. Shame about the slip in standards. Training...

We would like to give a big thank you to the lady serving around 11.30, she was on her own working calm & attending the customers no flustered comments just served the queue.
