Prince of Wales — Restaurant in Worcester

Had my mothers 'wake' there on 19th June 2022. Sadly a few issues. Toilets had no loo roll in ladies and no hand towels in either loo. Some of the ladies asked the staff for loo roll and unfortunately it didn't get sorted. During the wake, in the other bar (pool table area) and outside there was really loud D&B music being played and guys outside smoking xxxxxxx (not cigarettes) Really wasn't the atmosphere that was needed after a funeral. Card machine kept not working and unfortunately the cold drinks (bottled beer) wasn't cold.

Positive note. The bar staff were helpful when trying to sort out the tv to try and play a memorial and were apologetic when the tv didn't work.

Haven’t been here in years , had such a lovely surprise a few weeks back too see how much it has come along and how child friendly it!!! Having bouncy castles most weeks , and always holding different events and really becoming the heart of the community!!! Bar staff and landlord are so polite and so easy too talk to which makes your experience that much better. 100 percent recommend for party’s or just a chilled...

I had my 21st birthday party here last month and i can’t thank luke and his team enough, the room was decorated beautifully with table dressings, balloons and banners, they really could not do enough to make sure my evening was at its best!
