Polite Service, Mixed Attitude

Food Review:

Upon entering the cafe, we were greeted by a friendly and polite lady who served us throughout our dining experience. The overall quality of the food was adequate leaving us with a satisfying taste. However, I must mention that there was a notable difference in service between the two ladies working there.

The lady responsible for preparing the dishes seemed to have a rather unpleasant attitude towards customers. Fortunately, she mostly stayed in the kitchen area and didn't interact with customers too often. It was only when the other amiable lady took over serving duties that we encountered her unfriendly demeanor. This was a bit disheartening, as good customer service is essential in the food industry.

Despite the disparity in service, the lady behind the counter was exceptional. Her warm and welcoming approach certainly added to our positive experience. Hence, I would happily award her 5 stars for her excellent service. However, the same cannot be said for the lady in charge of making the food, as her behavior left much to be desired, and I must give her a rating of zero stars in this regard.

In conclusion, the food itself was adequate and the accommodating service from one of the ladies made the visit enjoyable. Still, it would be beneficial for the cafe to address the issue with the other staff member's demeanor towards customers. A little more focus on providing excellent customer service will undoubtedly elevate the overall dining experience...

We Have been using this cafe since it opened as we live round the corner. It used to be unbelievable when it first opened, but has now become hit and miss for us. The wife Had to wait over 45 minutes today which made her late for an appointment, she was then asked if She could come back for the toast as they had forgotten it, and the food was acceptable at best.
