The Conservatory Bar — Restaurant in Worcester

Ordered a bottle of prossecco, guy behind the bar asked white or pink, we said pink and paid £22.50. Label on the bottle said Pinot Grigio so we questioned this. Was told it was prossecco with a different label so we had a sip. Was not what we ordered so sent it back which leads me to this: Are the bar staff so badly tranied they don't know what they are doing or is this a Management rip off? A qustion for Trading...

What a nice place to just go and enjoy a coffee or even something more substantial.

The staff that served us, were amazing and absolutely polite.

The bathroom was clean and the facility was well cleaned and the atmosphere was great.

They had the Olympic on the screen, but it was not so loud that it was unpleasant to be there. They got that right.

Came here and was super excited to try a jug of the cocktails after reading reviews. Paid £28 for this jug of aperol spritz and look at how much soda they put in!!!!! You couldn’t taste any of the aperol or prosecco. So so disappointed and came across them conning money out of us just to sell soda with 2 shots of aperol 🙄 the soda part in a aperol should be a dash 🙄🙄🙄 extremely disappointing absolutely...
