Domino's Pizza - Worthing — Restaurant in Worthing

If you want dreadful service, the wrong pizzas with the wrong toppings, very rude and inefficient staff, then please order from Dominos in Broadwater, Worthing. My experience: ordered and collected 2 large pizzas. Got home and realised that one pizza contained meat when a vegetarian pizza was ordered and the other pizza had completely the wrong toppings (indistinguishable from the ones we clearly ordered). I phoned the store when we got home (about 23:40) and was told that they didn't make mistakes. I spoke to an extremely rude woman who requested that we return the pizzas (we had since drunk alcohol, so weren't going to comply) and they would be replaced. I explained that it was very late and that we were not going to return the pizzas and did not wish to be eating well after midnight. I insisted after being 'fobbed off' that I speak with a manager. He was slightly more understanding. I told him that it was fitting, in the circumstances, that a credit be placed and diarised for the next time I ordered. He was reluctant to accept this resolution but did eventually make an agreement to do this. I phoned about 2 weeks later and was told that no such note had been made and that my complaint "didn't exist". I went through the entire story again and insisted that they keep to their promise. They eventually agreed (I was told that they would give me "the benefit of the doubt"). Have used their online service to order and pay, someone there has now fraudulent used my account and emptied my account put it over the agreed overdraft, they took over £800 would have been more but I managed to block by bank account. Why Domino's allowed by account to be used almost 30 times in one day is beyond me. My banks fraud detection is useless as well. Be careful if giving this company your bank details, people who work for them can't be trusted. Was told by Domino's head office they would look in to this and report back to me. That was over 6 months now and not a word, did try to get me take this down while they investigated. Guess they just gave up and the person responsible still...

I recently visited this Domino's Pizza location and had an exceptional experience thanks to one of the staff members. The young woman who served me and she was incredibly polite, patient, and helpful. She answered all my questions with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude. Her positive energy and attentiveness really stood out, making my visit much more enjoyable than just a routine pizza order.
