Good food, not so good service. Our party chose this restaurant on the off chance that we would be able to get a table as we had not pre-booked. We were shown to our table promptly and shortly after the waiter came back to ask for our drink order. We had the draught beer which was really nice and requested tap water for the table, we also knew what we wanted to eat and ordered food at the same time. I made a rookie error of asking if there were any chips or fries available as a side and was promptly, and rudely told 'This is an authentic Italian Pizzeria' and no other side options were mentioned, infact I would say the menus were ripped from the table and his tone was came across as offended. From this point onwards it became clear that request had annoyed the waiter. Our food arrived promptly and I can not fault it's presentation or flavours, unfortunately the taste of the food was soon soured by a waiter who gave the impression to all of us that we were an inconvenience or not very welcome. The beers arrived shortly after our food, at which point the waiter vocalised that he would get the tap water to us. The tap water arrived as we were finishing our meal. The restaurant was not very busy so not sure why that took so long, especially as the waiter had looked over several times while tidying other tables and saw we still did not have the water. The waiter did not ask at any point how we were finding the meal, and I chose to go to the counter to pay and get out of the restaurant pretty much as soon as we finished eating. Again at the counter the waiter who I asked for the bill from, still did not ask how we found the meal. It's hard to put into words, but we all felt the waiter would rather not have to deal with us, and we were polite and minding our own business throughout our visit. This review might seem petty because it centers around a lack of water on the table but it was very much how we felt being there, and unwelcome was the overall feeling. We would not return, and I would not recommend. It may be an 'Authentic Italian Pizzeria' but it was by no means showcasing authentic, warm or welcoming customer service.

Two Italian gentlemen in an appropriately named Italian restaurant - Fior di Latte is a Napolitan's ONLY option for pizza; buffala is a salad cheese. Anyway, that sparked my interest. They had a good pizza oven - check. Our small dog was allowed inside - even better. The last good pizza I had was in Genoa, and I used to be a pizza chef myself, so I kind of have expectations. This restaurant met them, completely. The pizzas were made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the crust was perfectly crispy. The sauce is flavourful and the toppings are authentic. The gentlemen were friendly and attentive, and they were happy to make recommendations or explain about ingredients. Although, I think that if I had ordered a cappuccino with my dinner, they would just have refused - which is as it should be. I was very happy with this place and will return here if I'm in the area.

This is normally our favourite place for Pizza in worthing..today unfortunately everything seemed to have been turned on it's head. From staff that took our order over the phone to actually getting the pizza. The waitress on the phone seemed very stand offish over the phone, I asked for extra meat on the pizza (I said the same meat that already comes on it) which she just didn't seem to grasp and started talking about chicken. Then we come to the pizza itself...when we normally add buffalo mozzarella onto our pizza, it's ripped apart and spread over the pizza, this time we were just given a soggy ball in the middle, which is odd considering that's normally only what you do with Burrata. The cutting was very off this time as well. And finally, the price... it's more expensive to pick it up and order over the phone than it is to just order it on deliveroo....

I used to eat at this restaurant with friends, but recently it seems to have majorly gone down hill. We waited 45 minutes to be served, only for what I can describe as the most rude waitress to finally arrive at our table and stare at us blankly before finally asking what we wanted. I was beyond shook at this girl's attitude, she didn't apologise for the delay and her manner was apalling - uninterested and seemingly annoyed to be working? Normally you would expect the waiter to offer the table some water (we were all gasping at this point), or at least ask if we'd like drinks-- nope, her vacant/standoffish expression gave little to no interest in what her customers wanted. She explained she'd come back to provide my friend a glass for her coke, but never bothered - my friend was so parched she necked it from the bottle!

I understand restaurants took a hit during covid, but hiring a prepubescent, angry teenager with an attitude problem probably won't do much for your ratings. Myself and my friends were speechless and after reading some of the reviews below, it helped shed a little light on the abhorrent customer service. I think what was most impressive were her acrylic nails, I'm not sure how the Food Standards Agency would feel about them - but at least if one got lost in your pizza or tagliatelle, you'd easily find it because they were fluorescent blue 🤮.

Certainly won't be visiting Fiordilatte anytime soon-- and I'll make sure to tell others not to waste their money...

My husband and I love the pizza here - it is always so fresh and so flavourful as well as being unique compared to other pizzerias.

I contacted them regarding a private function for my husband's surprise birthday party with 65 guests and they were absolutely amazing all the way through. Costa, the owner, is incredibly hard working and very patient. He was always on hand to answer any questions I had and this was so refreshing, as I like to plan ahead and am very detail oriented! We put together a menu with both classic and unique dishes, and Costa went above and beyond to ensure the variety was catered to everyone, and I found the pricing to be very reasonable. The guests absolutely loved the food, and the guys particularly were very happy that there is beer on draft!

The team were super cool as cucumbers and nothing too much trouble, which was great for me as I literally worry up until the last minute - they allowed us in a little early so that we could put decorations up at the back and map out the seating arrangements, working through to the main restaurant once the remaining diners had left.

The surprise went without a hitch and my husband had the best time! The staff were beyond lovely throughout the whole evening with lots of smiles and jokes which the guests commented on and absolutely loved.

Thank you so much Costa and team, you have done a brilliant job, you work together so well. We will be Fiordilatte...
