McDonald's — Restaurant in Wychavon

Picture the scene... Was it a nice scene? Good, I'm glad. Now ignore that scene and picture this scene. On a bright and frosty Saturday morn, a rosey faced bearded idiot piloted his car in the general direction of this Burger emporium. Being a tad peckish we called in, keen to fill our guts with burgers and fries. The wife ordered the food via the app. Wowsers! Imagine that, ordering food on your phone! Mind blown! Anyway, by using the app she earned some points which in several years we should have enough to get a free hamburger! So, where was I? Oh, here I am. Hello me. So we decided to collect the grub via the drive through. A huge mistake on our behalf as the queue was crazy. By crazy I mean long and slow. So not really crazy as in zaney and fun like a 'crazy clown' but I suppose I should have said 'soul zappingly slow and tedious'. Well, we finally get to the little ordering panel and say 'good morrow to thee, fine perveyer of burgers, we hast travelled a great distance to purchase some of your burgery delights, my lips are longing to feel the meaty goodness upon them'. The chap threatened to call the police if we didnt go AWAY. I hastily explained that we had ordered on the app and he mumbled something about me being an idiot and welcomed me to drive up to the second window! The 2nd window, not the 1st one but the best one, the window with the food. On arriving at the window of delight I was slightly disappointed to be asked to go and park in the waiting bays of shame. When we arrived at the bays, some chav with duplo hair and spots had managed to park across all 3 of them and sat in his fiesta, vaping away like he was king of the castle. What a twot! Anyway, his happy meal arrived and off he went, revving like an oap trying to reverse. I tried the chicken big mac and it was Meh. A bit too greasy if I'm honest. The kids had happy meals which I think they enjoyed and the wife had a Big Mac which she said was 'alright'.

I must say that the fries were fresh out of the, er, frier so they were good. So all in all, a solid performance from Ron and his team today. We arrived at lunchtime so we should have expected it to be busy.

Slow Service and Rude Staff Food cold so why do I spend £20 to £40 a week at this food chain?

Yes its a fast food chain but your still paying good money for food and drink and quality should be there...not today unfortunately...

Pre ordered online well before arrival. Code given at 1st and 2nd booth,at 3rd window lady said 5 min wait go to bays!

The place was v quiet so I politely asked what was causing delay..

With that she made a loud comment and had a big Strop in front of me!

A supervisor came to window politely asked me same to proceed to wait area. I asked same q's she informed me it was delay on quarter pounder? As she answered my q's I promptly proceed to bay unsure why a regular item was not pre made?

30 seconds later I'm at the counter inside as feel i could grab my order quicker...

bear in mind she said 5 mins but it was on the tray waiting getting cold! and i had only been seconds getting out the car..

plus at home 5 mins away it was clearly all pre made and all stone cold! Great no time to head back waste of time and money.

Won't return to this one badly run..poor speed of service and rude staff who lie about the process for what...

Went to this macdonalds last week I will never return I arrived at the drive thru placed my order for a big tasty meal a festive pie and a mc flurry as I pulled away I noticed the price £26 so when I got to the payment window the two lads there had already realised it had gone wrong in their defence they were very professional and apologetic double checked my order and I proceeded when I came to get my food it was apparent there was no mcflurry I asked the young lady and she replied I didn't order one I explained that I had she looked me up and down and said you didn't I said I did and its not my fault you have messed the order and she needs to speak with the original lads upon that said turned and asked for a mcflurry and basically shoved it at me while not looking at me and was being very rude this was very distressing as I had queued for 15 mins at rush hour for this meal and it was a treat for my elderly mum as my dad was in hospital while I appreciate the girl wouldn't know this in when you you in customer service you need to care if not leave or as I believe with her attitude won't be long before...
