Genuinely one of the nicest beef burgers I have ever tried (being a foodie, I have tried alot!) - also some of the nicest staff I have ever met too! Especially Tom who gave spot on recommendations and was chatty about how the business came to be about etc.
I had the 'Call me daddy' burger with the Piggie smalls fries loaded with bbq pulled pork - it was so tender and full of flavour especially the beef and chicken on the burger, the mac & cheese complemented it perfectly. The fries were equally as tasty - the addition of Frazzles is genius and it is such a generous portion - could easily serve 2 or 1 if you are really hungry.
The cocktails all had amusing names - I went for the 'Little Prick' which I would definitely recommend. Garnished perfectly and so refreshing!
The food and drinks came out quick - not much of a wait at all!
I really wanted to try some of their wings and also dessert as they all sounded delicious too. I was so full from the burger and fries though!
Prices are amazing for what you get - £9.50 for my burger!! The loaded fries ranged in price from £5-£7.50 which again is great value as one portion could easily feed 2.
The interior was pretty cool - I love the black walls and black and white chequered ceiling - definitely gave off a goth kitsch vibe which I love.
These guys are headed off to London for the National Pub & Bars awards for their business next month so fingers crossed they win as they fully deserve the recognition!
Toliet facilities available inside. There is a small car park just down the street which you do need to pay for (only accepts change, no apps) or Tom did let us know you can park in some of the side streets in certain areas for free after 6.30pm.
I will absolutely without a doubt be back again so...
Read moreNormally I don't review take away. BUT! I've been wanting to try this for a while now and haven't been able to make it down. I also apologise for the poor quality photo. This burger was excellent! Firstly, for me, any burger must have quality cheese that is melted enough and not to much and this hit that critical window. The patty was tender, moist and NOT swimming in grease and fat. Well seasoned and the BMK burger sauce is absolutely banging. A really well put together burger. My other half isn't the biggest fan of burger joints but even she is impressed with her burger, big time. The wings were nicely done. Tender and well cooked. The coating held up will to the delivery and sauce and was still good and crispy. The nachos were also bang on. Really enjoyed the meal and in a town where takeaways are not the best this place stands out for me. Will defo...
Read moreAbsolutely loved the food here, The fries are to die for, the staff extremely friendly, I had the Sunday lunch they serve but it comes with tasty - tasty fries instead of roasties, thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back next time I'm in Stourport, had the pleasure of sampling a dessert cocktail made of Baileys which was very nice and hope they put it on the menu soon,, but with sunday lunch you get a two courser so for the 1st time ever I had a deep fried chocolate brownie, I mean it was chewy- gooey, hot and chocolaty but I shared it with 3 spoons, for me it was impossible for me to eat it on my own after Sunday lunch, but would defo reccomend BMK even if you just fancy a cocktail, but I'm sure the smell if freshly cooked food will soon have you eating, I can't praise this...
