Delicious Desserts — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Previously gave this place 5 stars used to be best dessert place in kiddy. Still the best cookie dough ( for kiddy ) , presentation and price WHEN they get it right . Other times things are missing off order or they just make whatever they fancy which is frustrating when it’s a takeaway and not eat in because harder to resolve issue . I ordered a strawberry smoothie described as fruit mixed with juice as a healthy alternative to my usual cookie dough and wanted something refreshing and thirst quenching hence a smoothie / juice . What came was strawberries mixed with milk and ice cream so basically a milkshake lol Cmon There’s a reason I didn’t pick milkshake off the menu. Another time I specifically paid extra for banana gelato instead of the complimentary mr whippy that comes with cookie dough because I wanted gelato. Accidentally ordered from the wrong place. I got a crape and a waffle, the crape was like textureless mush, should have been cooked longer. Also, way too thick so the toppings to crape ratio was off. The waffle ended up being even worse, very dry and crunchy on the outside, soggy at the bottom and mush inside. I tried to pick it up and it ended up splitting in open (bottom half and top half.) So yeah it's going into the bin now.

I'm sorry guys but the quality needs to be increased, this wasn't even semi accepable and as someone who accidently became a customer, I had the potential to become a regular. Unfortanately I will never order from this place as I feel that my money was wasted on food that is now going into the bin. I lost money, I lost time and now I'm hungry and...

Shocking service. Me and my friend walked in and no one acknowledged us, finally had our orders taken and we waited 50 minutes for 2 milkshakes and a waffle. We were so close to asking for a refund. What was even more disappointing was the milkshake, asked for a rolo milkshake and received ferrero pieces with some rolo chucked in the bottom of the cup not blended! Cost me £17 as well so definitely not cheap and the food/service was 100% not worth it. Definitely won’t...
