Greggs — Restaurant in Wyre Forest

Greggs in the spar shop, Kidderminster Marpool Lane. Firstly, I would like to express the positives from my visit. The older lady supervisor, I was served by was fantastic, pleasant and polite. Even though she was busy took time to make sure i was happy. The food was hot and very enjoyable. I thank her very much for her great customer service.

However, I am writing this review due to the poor atmosphere I experienced whilst waiting. I had waited in the shop for around ten minutes which was expected at 10 am on a Saturday morning. The experience was poor due to the manager and his behaviours towards his colleagues and members of the public. Firstly, I heard the manager as I walked in. He was rather loud and I would argue somewhat aggressive towards a young man busy in the back because he wanted more baguettes. The experience was worsted as I stood listening to him speak to the supervisor. She was also serving customers. He treated her with very little respect and she was obviously uncomfortable with the behaviours he was displaying. It left the customers in the queue extremely awkward. However, this behaviour from the manager did not stop with his colleagues. Another customer expressed how busy the shop was and his rebuttal was disappointing. The managers reply was once again loud and bordering on aggressive, 'yes, no one in kidderminster gets up before 10 am except for the grafters.' Suggesting that everyone in the queue at present were perhaps lazy in some way. The customers friend responded with 'that told us'. The strange thing was I was stood next to the counter where there was a sign saying aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. I feel very sorry for his colleagues and do not believe his behaviours will build a good or...

Never have enough ready cooked, no sausage rolls but a 15minute wait or by a multi pack of ones they clearly packed up so no single ones left. Its also 20p more expensive on everything than in town. Been 3 times and always the same each visit very...

Good location within Spar just off roundabout with lots of parking. Great selection of food and visited for an end of week crafty coffee and Steak Bake on the way back from work. Cakes, Sandwiches, Drinks and of course Sausage rolls...
