Absolute terrible experience. I called to make an order and the person on the phone gave me one price and I told him I’d call back. After 15 mins I called back and another person answered the phone and said the price I was given was wrong and tried to charge me more. After arguing with me he finally decided to leave it. I placed my order and he confirmed the address and told me they’ll deliver soon. Nearly 2 hours go by and my food still didn’t arrive and I called them many times until they answered and told me they didn’t even prepare the order because apparently I didn’t confirm it! The most recent comments about old oil is wrong cuz I work here and he literally changes the oil every few days and the hygiene rate had gone up to a 4/5 for obvious reasons as the staff are really trying to make the quality of there food and service better.

I also understand that orders might get late specially delivery and that’s because it’s a small local shop and can get extremely busy at times and most of the time when a delivery is late we give them extra food to compensate. Every time we order from this place they ALWAYS ALWAYS miss an item out. When you ring back the attitude is sour towards you as if YOU are the one who made the mistake! (Yes we did by going there!) we’re always asked to go back and pick it up as they’re “busy” even though in the whole 20 mins not a single soul was around! There never is an apology for the mistakes nor any sort of acknowledgement! Other places bend over backwards when there is a mistake but the guy on the phone acts like he couldn’t care!
