This place is sad and the other reviews are the same.. not a horrible sandwich but $18 no way. Two pcs of lox cream cheese 1 egg and it’s on rye toast, not even a bagel. Shame on this company for thinking this is justified to sell at this price. Four bagel shop very nearby and you charge me like $10 more then a bacon egg and cheese which apparently has no bacon on it because it is lox. We’ll give me some lox and don’t fold it to make it look like more. Give me 2 eggs at that price. The last 2 times I’ve been here the quality had declined with how much cream cheese you put on a bagel. However your prices have rises with your employees saying because of the cost of things, but then you give less. If you raise the prices but cut the quality and quantity then you rob us twice… Never again for me. Bagel time is great I think I rather leave 5 minutes early and stand in their line on a Saturday. Now I know why there’s a line. I never give a bad review but almost $20 for a mediocre sandwich. I work too hard for my money to get ripped off. You guys lost me. People try bagel time great bagels, or bagel hit is good if you could get over the owners personality, and the Nook is delicious especially their lunch bagel sandwiches. Best bagels I've ever tasted, and I lived in Brooklyn before moving here. So that says a lot. Full disclosure though, my palate has changed since I started chemo treatments. I was gluten sensitive, so I didn't eat any bread products for 10 years. So these are the only bagels I've had in maybe 12 years. In spite of all that, they are plump and crusty outside, providing a pleasing, crunchy bite. My advice: get the young kid who works there to prepare yourself. He knows exactly how you want it made: butter first on the bread, both sides, add cream cheese, and slice down the middle. The woman did not listen to me, so she left out the butter. I called her on it, and she just somehow added butter after the cheese. Nope. Don't get me started on the bruiser looking guy. He's very rough around the edges, and it shows...

Ordered via phone for pickup. 2 sandwiches on whole wheat everything and a French toast bagel, walk in and there are zero guests inside. The staff converse for a moment when I give my name for pickup and then one tells me "we don't have wheat everything bagels" so I settle for regular just to eat my food and go as I've got my 4 yr old daughter w me.
