My partner and I have only slept on crappy cheap and/or used mattresses our entire lives. After purchasing a house, I suggested buying a proper mattress that we could be comfortable on. I liked the commercials, so I opted to try Mattress Firm first. We were greeted by Timothy. He was very enthusiastic about getting us the right mattress for our needs. The one he recommended was so comfortable that neither my partner nor I wanted to leave lol After helping us pick out an adjustable bed frame, he let us know about their Price Match Guarantee, assuring us that they would refund the difference if we could find what we bought cheaper.

We stopped in a few weeks later to do just that. Svetlana was very sweet and refunded the difference right away. While she did that, she informed us of how much Mattress Firm employees are educated about the importance of sleep health and getting the proper mattress. That made us feel confident in our purchase.

We ended up buying another mattress today since I just do happen to like having "me" time. Timothy and Svetlana recognized us, made sure we had no complaints about our previous purchase, and helped us make another purchase.

Such an amazing experience from beginning to end!! We first visited your store in Middletown one night just get an idea of prices. We met Geoffrey there and the amazing ex pier eve started there. He was so knowledgeable and listened to what we were saying and wanted. We were looking for something the Middletown store didn’t have in stock so he told us he would be at the Matawan store that weekend if we wanted to stop in he could help us again. He was so sweet and so nice when we came on Saturday and helped us find EXACTLY what we wanted! I never felt pressured or rushed or that he was just trying to make a sale. I am writing this on behalf of my mom. My father was in the hospital and she wanted to get a new bed for him when he came home. Jeffrey and Judy were so extremely helpful. She ended up going with what he exactly wanted. Fast forward 20 something days later and my dad passed and was not able to use the bed. My mom, heartbroken and sad, could not deal with having this bed in her house that he wanted so badly and never got to use. Leave it up to Jeffrey and Judy to help her out TREMENDOUSLY (also the supervisor for allowing it). They were able to replace with a queen size frame and mattress as well as have it delivered the very next day. The two employees of this store are beyond remarkable and caring people. We felt like we have known them forever. They are not your typical sales people. They are way more than that to the point Judy told my mom to come back any time to just talk.
