I’ve been a customer at this location for years now and I will no longer be coming back. Today I ordered a grande pink drink with light ice and was charged $6.84. When yesterday I ordered a Venti pink drink with light ice and was charged $6.02. When I asked the barista when did prices go up drastically again? He told me when the holiday drinks came out. I told him I literally paid $6.02 for the same drink but in a larger size yesterday and that doesn’t make sense. He told me I must’ve not been charged for the light ice fee, light ice charge or not that math does not add up to me for a grande to be way more than a Venti price. I’ve always ordered my drink this way as a Venti and have never been charged for that. Regardless of the price I am more so not coming back because of the staff. I went this morning around 11 AM and after my confusion with the price, as I started to drive away, the barista proceeded to tell me “ next time, don’t come back then.” I didn’t catch his name but he had long shoulder length brown hair. Read moreWe frequently drive through this Starbucks for coffee, juice, tea, food, and snacks. Have used the online app to pre-order, as well as just ordering at the drive-thru speaker. Rarely do we order inside at the counter (we are spoiled by the drive-thru's convenience!). Overall, food and beverages are made correctly and are delicious. One menu exception is that the turkey on the turkey provolone pesto ciabatta is usually too dry for us. Snack-wise, we recommend the double chocolate brownie to all chocolate lovers! Over the years, have noticed that the rare occasion of an over-toasted bread, etc., is the result of a staff change. We don't get too upset about that, as the new staff is still learning. Read moreThis location is hit or miss. The day crews seem to be better than the night crew. When we get drinks at night they are always messed up. For example tonight we went through the drive thru the car in front of us and the female taking the order had a whole conversation through the intercom and then another lengthy conversation at the window, long enough for 2 songs to play on the radio, I was about to say something but I’m not that type, instead the guys behind us in a big pickup truck yelled out his window causing the lady to move on. We get our drinks and drive away, 2 mins later I take a sip and it’s not the drink I ordered. I so mad but didn’t go back since I had to get my kids home and to bed.
