Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

Love the Staff !! ...and the sandwiches. Amanda was "listening" on my 1st visit to this JJ's. I was on my half hr lunch break, new to this city, & had to circle around JJ's building twice because of construction. I was frustrated & mumbled so, as I ordered... No sooner had I ordered & paid & Amanda "handed" me my sandwich !! My jaw dropped !! She was INSTANTLY MY HERO. I called that store later - off work - to ask her name to mention her specifically in a JJ's Survey I received. The 2 male employees were chuckling about my "pleasant grumpiness" & that instantly elevated my entire mood !! All 3 of these employees are STARS in my book. Kind, caring, COOL people working & helping others. It's WHAT WE DO !! ...

One large Turkey sub with a bottle of Sprite was over $21. So with a few hungry people going into Jimmy John's it could run well over $50-$70 easily. I can't imagine how much catered food from them would cost for a party of some sort!

Now the sandwich was good, except they don't have tomatoes on the menu but they did put them on the sandwich. Most people may enjoy that but I can't eat tomatoes, had it been on the menu I would have asked them to hold the tomatoes.

It was made quickly but I do NOT like that I can't see my sandwich being prepared. How do I know the person making it is handling my food safely?

I won't be going back to Jimmy John's anytime soon. I certainly won't be seeking them...

I placed an online order for a combo delivered my work. I received the wrap and chips which was delivered to the front desk and signed for while I was on a call. I called Jimmy Johns as I did not receive my drink. When the gal arrived back 20 minutes later with the drink, she tried blaming the front desk for not ensuring everything is not there. It is not up to them to verify. This should be done before it leaves the store and before the order is brought in to be delivered. The receipt was attached to the order. This is your job to make sure each order is accurate not someone else's. Do not put the blame on...
