Let me first start by saying this was the worst service I've had in a very long time it started out great very clean establishment even the restroom was above par the food itself was amazing I started out with an appetizer I got the jalapeno popper wontons they were amazing for my main course I got the breakfast Burger it was out of this world the burger itself came with meat egg lettuce pickle and onion and believe it or not peanut butter on a ciabatta bread it was amazing an order of fries which were fresh and crispy hats off to the cook's you did a great job now back to the service we did have a decent-sized party but half the time all of our glasses stayed empty we never seen our server we've had to ask other servers walking by for things which didn't really work out either we had gotten some of our appetizers and a few salads but no silverware we had stood up and asked a passing by server for silverware she grabbed one set of silverware and instead of handing it to her she just tossed it on the table and walked off my sister had been standing right there next to her with her hand out to take it she tossed it on the table next to her that was very unprofessional and rude we then again continue to eat our meal which was again amazing and yet no server we had needed a few extra things such as Ranch that my children like to eat with their fries we were needing refills again and yet no server just terrible after gratuity I had paid a $12 tip I would have left more but I figured with the service that I had the gratuity was enough along with the gratuity they had received from other people that was with our party also they sat us in the back of the building next to the door so half of our meals were covered with flies and we were covered with flies so all in all it really just wasn't a...

It's decent, you just sometimes don't know what you get. For example, the cookie doesn't say what kind it is and sometimes it is so busy that it is hard to get a server's attention because they have a massive amount of tables (understandable). This is to say we couldn't really ask and assumed that if the cookie had peanut butter in it there would be a warning on the menu because it is a common allergy. But, yeah, it had peanut butter. Thankfully we smelled it before we tried it, though I couldn't smell the peanut butter my friend could. I understand it is also on the customers to ask to make sure, but I think that anything with common allergies should be mentioned on the menu too, just to make sure...

3.5, most of the food was dry. Next time we’ll order medium rare, so I guess it’s a little on us, but it wasn’t just the burgers. The fries and Mac and cheese was to. The taste overall was good, really dug the environment.

3.0, so we went a second time. To be fair, accidentally forgot to order medium well again, but it wasn’t a fluke the first time. Burgers are well done and dry. Then they serve my nephew box kraft Mac and cheese, when they’ve served us in house made Mac and cheese. A lot of potential for the place, just need to refine the food quality.
