Burger King — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

If you value your health at all, DO NOT EAT HERE. The floors in the dining room are greasier and dirtier that most other fast food kitchens are in the back where the food is made. You could grease-skate through the entire place. The food sits in the back in warmers for HOURS AND HOURS and there is no management whatsoever. No one is trained to throw it out after a certain period of time. No one is told not to use it and make the food fresh. No one is taught about timing the food sitting there. Some of them only barely understand English. The kids who work there constantly get screamed at for doing a bad job, but they are always short handed because everyone who works there gets screamed at by the district manager. Meanwhile, if they are making mistakes, it's because they get literally ZERO training. They just get tossed in there and expected to just hurry up and figure it out. There is zero guidance or instruction whatsoever on how things are supposed to be done, how to run the computer, or how the food is supposed to be made. The problems in this establishment have nothing to do with the workers being lazy or incapable, and everything to do with horrid, disrespectful management. If you do not take the time to provide instruction or training, HOW are kids and twenty somethings supposed to know what they are even doing. THIS BURGER KING SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE SHUT DOWN. That being said, the food that is churned out here is utterly inedible. I cannot believe someone has not gotten food poisoning. Please, go literally...

3 stars only because the food is decent and they have pretty good coupons. Zero stars for "service". Service is incredibly slow, regardless of how busy they are (or aren't, in many cases). I waited once for for over 30 mins from the time I placed my order in the drive-thru until I received my order in the parking lot. That was after I was asked to pull out of line to wait because my original chicken sandwich was "going to take awhile". 18 minutes later, mid-afternoon (read: not a rush hour time, nor slow/no business time), I got my cold order of fries and a sandwich that was too hot to touch. "Yeah, uh....the sandwich is kinda hot, so like, be careful" was mumbled at me as he dragged his feet back inside. I was too hungry at that point to care about the cold fries to go back. Not the only time I've had to wait too long for a simple 2-item order. Is this a managerial issue or just the way things go now with people not wanting to work, just wanting a paycheck about which to complain? Always too many people behind the counter, doing nothing but standing around and finishing their personal conversations before being able to take my order. YUCK!!! They need to shut this place down permanently. After they reopened this store the quality was pretty good. But it went downhill FAST. They served me spoiled breakfast sausage in my sandwich. The first time it happened I dismissed it as an honest mistake. The second time I vomited and decided to avoid this place. It has been a few weeks. And I was running late. This place is near my work, so I decided to give it another chance. BIG mistake. Coffee tasted like they used turpentine to brew it. Food was cold. I attempted to warm it in the microwave. But I discovered that the bacon and egg breakfast sandwiches are being served using spoiled food also. The rancid smell from the microwave fouled up the office air. And everyone else was unhappy too. They were smart. They didn't offer or include any receipt. They probably thought that would prevent me from sharing a bad review. But this BK is so AWFUL that I needed to share this review. I tossed the spoiled food into the garbage. And I skipped breakfast. They already shut down this store, before they reopened. But they should NOT have reopened. They need to shut this place down permanently... before they...
