Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

Had to call 3 or 4 times to actually get someone on the phone, then finally had someone answer and say “hold” and then put me on hold. Tried to charge me $30 for 3 items, when I asked about a certain coupon they then finally changed the price of my order. Once I got my food they forgot the sauces and also did not put garlic seasoning on the crust of my hand tossed pizza, I have never had to ask for garlic seasoning specifically before now nor did they ask if I wanted it on there. I then attempted to call the store back and had to wait until the 3rd time to actually reach someone. When I stated what went wrong with the order they just said “Sorry thought we got it in the order” and nothing else. Did not offer to send some coupons out to me or remake the food or anything just sat there so I hung up. EXTREMELY disappointing service. I will not be ordering again...

At first I avoided this pizza hut because of the reviews but I had a 50% coupon so I gave it a shot. The reviews are all accurate. Since a lot of them said they are never ready on time I waited until the last minute to go pick it up. The drive through window was nice but when I got there the girl said it'll be a minute. I waited and waited and nothing, I also noticed the girl trying to avoid being seen by me at the window. (she was literally ducking in and out to see if I was looking) After about 20 minutes I went inside and my pizza was just sitting there. This was after about 45 minutes total from the time I placed the order. The pizza hadn't even started cooking by the time I got there. 11/3/2019 I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and cheese sticks at 5pm and before I placed the order it said 25 min wait time and after I put the order in it up to 45 minutes. 30 minutes later with 15 mins left on my timer they call and say they are out of large stuffed crust, and all large crusts.. and so I agreed to take a medium and they still were going to charge me the price of a large. And if they wasn’t bad enough they told me it would be a 30 min wait yet still. So 25 mins go by and I’ve been waiting for a total of 55 mins now I get another call saying the oven broke and the girl on the phone was kinda rude and so after all that I got nothing and barely even an apology.
