This morning, I sent a coworker to pick up drinks I had pre-ordered. Much like multiple times before, we received the wrong drinks. Now, I have come to Scooter's MANY times and had great drinks - I love their peanut butter cup blender. I've even had friendly service a lot of times. However, this does NOT excuse the multiple occasions where I've been treated incredibly poor - like today. I called to let them know we had both received the wrong drink. I was argued with, told we've had "many many problems with you before. Don't even come back here" by a young staff. While she didn't reveal her name, I have a pretty good idea who it was. The ONE other time I did complain...ONE..this young lady went out of her way to contact me on FB messenger and tell me I was a bad person for complaining about receiving the wrong drinks, which I had paid for. She tried to shame me because the drinks I had been given (which she handed me) were supposed to go to a disabled man who walks up to the drive thru each day. How on earth was I to know that and how was it my fault she gave me his drinks? She went on about how people like me are "the problem" and I should have just let it go. Had it been the first or even second time myself or my coworker had gotten the wrong drink when we picked up, I probably would have but it was a repeat offense. This is why I had reported it then and why I did today. Again, I've been back since the first instance several times and had no issues. I have every right to say something when I spent nearly $20 to not get what I paid for. If corporate were interested, I have screenshots of the FB attack from this young lady and I'll have no problem sharing at this point, given this is how I'm still being treated, as a continued customer. Read moreWould agree with some of the other post I've seen here that some of the staff can be rude and unprofessional. There are times when their drinks are made inconsistently and when I politely bring it up, there are a few employees (one is a manager) who get upset. Ive tried to ask how I can order my drink to make it easier for them but they still get mad. There have been times when they have talked about me right in front of my face at the drive thru with my daughter in the car. Read moreI LOVE this place used to go to Starbucks for cold drinks and Caribou for hot , but I will say Scooter's has won me over !!! The blended caramelicious with a extra shot is to die for . Doing a update now got the family going to Scooter's as well the hubby will not go anywhere else!! And I don't even have to say let's stop he just go's that way lol... Gotta love it when he can...
