Biggest pain in the azz for doordash delivery drivers. Every other restaurant in Aberdeen complies except this place. They do nothing to make the pickup easy and the customer suffers waiting. They force the drivers to use red card and it's always declined because they are to cheap to upgrade the systems. So attention doordash customers we drivers do the best we can for you but this business causes us the longest delays and sometimes we have to cancel your order so be prepared.
Response from the owner 45 minutes ago First of all we did not ask to be put on Doordash they did so without our consent, additionally taking a menu that was from years ago. During the time period we were forced to partner they have now up to hundreds of dollars in debt to us and made us waste so much food thus why we no longer make the food unless the red card goes through. The red card problem have been reported numerous times and the support line often times just hangs up on us. In order to change our menu they said we have to sign a contract with them meaning we would be giving up 30-50% of our profit. The red card is because we refuse to partner with a companies that has no reliability. I would like to ask why would we partner with some who refuses to pay us back, charges us and our customer insanely expensive while we offer our own delivery option. Who will pay for all of the fees? This is a small business not a multimillion corporation. We try to the best of our abilities to assist the drivers and being straightforward telling them if they don’t want to wait they can unassign.
Most of us dashers have heard the stories.The question is why are you still with Doordash if things are that bad? What you do not understand is dashers cannot continue to unassign orders nor can we refuse to continue to not accept. We have ratings for acceptance and completion which effects us .Even after we get the red card to work then we have more wait time. Time is money to us also. Many times we receive low tips which makes time even more of an issue.I find it hard to believe you will lose this 30 to 50% when you update. Are you kidding? I think in all fairness you should just drop doordash and save all involved the headach.

Ok, I think I wanna address some cause it's a food place so we have to be transparent here on what I'm going to say.
Like I said we are here for the first time and looking for some Asian food to enjoy it's not our first time to eat and try Asian cuisine.
I totally understand if it's a small restaurant or a family owned but we have to try our best to keep our area clean .
Outside look of the building maybe I don't know the business is been there for long time that's why looks like need to have a little update or dusting.
I know some of you would say : well you saw it outside it's not that great but why you still go inside and eat. 🙋♀️Again I give chances and try things first before I say something. So we went in, door need to wipe and clean a lot of marks and fingerprints or maybe more than that .
Approach with a lady and ask what we would like to drink seems nice people there.
Food are Ok not much selection like I said it's a small resto/buffet few have good taste , some are kinda dry and the dumplings soup need some salt . For the utensils it shouldn't be exposed I think it should be in a hot/boiled soak water. Hygen propose That time is kinda busy I saw them they keep up refilling new food. And found out they have self service Ice cream 🍦 I think y'all need to clean the water from that bucket where you soak the ice cream scooper
They need someone to keep up with wiping and cleaning . Think they need at least 2 people I only see one doing everything in the ground. From welcoming new customers - cleaning table- cashier - refilling drinks. Hmmm. *Also I saw her cleaning the table with cleaning gloves and took it off when some customers arrived and greeted them she will take the cleaning gloves off and put it on the side of the table sometime on the chair and proceed to get drinks for the customer. Why?? Why leave that cleaning gloves in the area where people eat? Take it with you .

The high chairs were absolutely disgusting and had thick black film from NEVER being cleaned and there was still food pieces on the seat. There is no way I would even touch it let alone put a child near it. The carpet was saturated with filth. The food was not hot and was very chewy. Not much flavor. The condiment bottles on the table looked like they have never been wiped off were very sticky and had a thick discolored dried on goo on the top. I had the same experience last time I went there and said something to the waitress and she gave me a free lunch coupon to use.
