Tony's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Aberdeen Township

If I could give this place zero stars i would. Unfortunately, I didn't even get to try the food because the girl who took my initial order told me it would be 25-35 minutes to deliver, but over an hour later my food hasn't arrived. When I called back to get a status on my food the person told me that our food would be there any minute....fast forward another 15 minutes my food was still not here. So I called again and they said that the food would be there in another couple of minutes....while I was on the phone the girl asked them if they are taking my food with them...didn't even know what was going on...then I was told "that she thought that I was coming to pick up," when asked how is that possible when I gave her my address and she admitted she was wrong then i ask if that we can be compensated....her reply was "there was he don't give discounts for waiting" when I asked to ask to someone else because of the attitude that was given he had a more calm attitude with zero customer service...after explaining my problems he then proceeded to ask me if I still want my food or not because the driver is close....when I realized this establishment had zero cares about their customers I told him he can take back the food...the jokes on them they ended wasting food and didn't get...

I tried this place last week about 7pm on Saturday 5/28. We made a rather large order but I had ordered a lunch size pasta dish. Unfortunately I can not eat much and did not want to see a large quantity of food go to waste since I can not eat like I use to now that I am going through chemo and radiation therapies for cancer. Today 6/5, we tried placing the same order, identical in every way, however the man that answered the phone refused to accept the lunch sized order. I tried to explain but he wasn't hearing it.

Shame on you.

Chemo and radiation therapies diminish you appetite and I would of hated to throw away the extra food.

The key to developing and managing a successful business is through every day consistency. Providing your customers with the SAME, IDENTICAL service and food time after time. Don't provide a service and than the following week switch it up and deny someone the service you provided.

The pizza is some of the best around. They have very unique and very tasty choices which you can't get anywhere else. I'm looking at a few reviews that are showing burnt crusts on the pizzas saying that they are overcooked, evidently those people are clueless on how pizza should be cooked. Their Sicilian is probably the best around, airy and crispy, and their Italian sausage is fantastic. Try a variety of their shrimp pizzas with either jalapeño, Chipotle or avocado which are all available by the slice. They offer the largest variety of pies by the slice in the area so you can go in and select from a variety of choices without having to order the entire pie. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. My only objection is that it's not a place you can go for an evening out with the family but that could be fixed easily by partioning off the back half of the restaurant with either a divider or curtains where you can have a more intimate setting. Otherwise, the pizzas awesome at a better price than most...
