Benji's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Aberdeen

I eat here all the time, because it’s very convenient from where I work. I order here all the time, the same thing every time & every time i call the price is Different and they never get my order right. Today I ordered two beef enchiladas with queso cheese over it. They gave me two cheese quesadillas. No beef at all. I call them and told them they had my order wrong and they try to make me pay for another (2) Tired beef enchilada. I told them that it won’t write because I want the one who got my order wrong and I had already paid for my food. Then they proceeded to tell me that they will give me the beef on the side and I could put it in my enchiladas myself. I told him that’s not the way I ordered it. I did not order beef on the side. That i would appreciate it If they could make me two beef enchiladas, what I ordered and what I already paid for. Finally, they say yes. I came in the restaurant and they tried to act like they had no idea what I was talking about. Still trying to make me pay for two beef enchiladas. Then they asked me if I brought my plate because They had Already made the beef on the side. It was going to put it inside of the enchiladas that I already took. Remind you the enchiladas with stuff with cheese, I asked for beef so how was you going to add beef on the enchilada that was stuffed with cheese, A plate that had already been taken and open in another location & They are wanting to bring it back into the kitchen. I told him that I was no longer going to order from there again & that i wanted to apeak to someone and that is when they decided to make my beef enchiladas. When finished they bought my good out & sat it on the table & dis not hand it to me. Its always something. They I am very unprofessional and rude. Prices never add up to the menu that is at the restaurant & they cannot get a order right to save their lives. I will not be...

I only gave two stars due to knowing the food is good because I’ve eaten from here before. I usually have it delivered, but this time my husband was stopping at foodlion after work and was right there so I ordered online for him to pick up. He sat in the parking lot a few minutes because it said it would be 15 minutes. He started being watched by the employees out the window of the restaurant. He chose to ignore this. He went in to get the order and was immediately confronted by the two employees that were watching him out the window, and they tried to say they didn’t have an order. Then they asked what was on the order (he wasn’t sure because I ordered it) but luckily I sent my husband a screenshot of the order confirmation which he showed them. Now the manager is standing there too saying they have no order. They finally realize my husband is really there to pick up food (not sure what they thought he’d be picking up) and told him to have a seat and it’d be right out. Another 17 minutes goes by before they brought out the order. I’m not sure what that was all about but it wasn’t appropriate or appreciated. Don’t sit in the parking lot if you order pick up or they think you’re a shady...

My husband has seen this place and has wanted to stop so we had lunch here today. I am not eating meat or dairy right now and they didn't have anything on their menu that appeared to be okay for me to eat so I asked the waiter and the owner came over Benji came over and I was overjoyed at the how accommodating they were to my dietary needs. when I ask for what I needed they said no problem whatsoever and what came out was the biggest burrito I've ever seen in my life filled to the brim with all different kinds of vegetables. There was a little tiny bit of cheese sprinkled on the beans on the plate and as soon as I pointed it out the waiter took it and was back within less than a minute. there was no hesitation and it was simply an amazing to experience I expected the price to be higher since I was such a high maintenance customer.
