Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Abilene

Staff was ok but everyone was in dissarray.disarray. ordered a banana split, ice cream sundae and a candy mix in. Well the guy who started my daughter's order got distracted because another worker who looked like she was about to cry handed him her headset so he started taking drive thru orders. Paid for the ice creams and waited for my daughters ice cream my ice cream was melting while everyone behind the counter just kept taking new orders. Finally had to stop a worker on the food side and ask if someone could work on my daughter's ice cream. Finally got her ice cream no Apology or anything. My boyfriend was able to order food get his food and eat all his food in the time I was waiting for my daughter's ice cream. There was also melted ice cream on the floor when we got there as we were waiting another customer told them there was an ice cream spill to someone on the food side and she told someone else to get the spill. My 7 year old ended up getting napkins so help try and clean it up. Will not be going back to...

The cashier was great, the building was clean. Only problem we seemed to have was when we received our order we were missing 2 medium fries, we had already given our kids their food and they were already eating. By the time we were able to ask for our fries they had already put them on their burger wrappers. But the employee insisted we bring ALL fries back up, mind you the person infront of us was also missing 2 fries from their to go bag. Either way since the employee wanted to argue about fries we took the food away from the kids just so she could verify she forgot the 2 mediums. Completely ridiculous. Not to mention there was an employee that was on break standing next to us looking at our table as we asked for said missing food. Tbh their fries are not that great to be lying about missing them....

The food is good. The atmosphere is nice. It’s a very clean restaurant. The people behind the counter are very nice but we had an employee in the dining room was a little offputting. Didn’t understand what Customer Service is. I received a shake without a lid so I asked for one instead of offering to bring me one. He told me you have to go to the counter and get one because they’re kept behind the counter. OK I started working fast food at 14. You show a little more kindness and respect toward your customers. yes they can get up and walk up there but it’s nice of you to offer. Yes, I’m old-fashioned but yes, I believe you’re getting paid and you treat people better. He did however keep the dining room very clean. Thank...
