I’ll go in the middle for stars. Reason being, every vape I buy and product is always defective. I spent 140 dollars the first time I bought a vape from here, ended up leaking not even a month later and they didn’t sell any replacement or would even look at it, I didn’t want a refund, nobody wants my germs but I would have liked them to at least look. Unfortunately I went back to cigarettes. Just recently here I decided to try again cause the customer service is definitely on point and knowledgeable. I spent 170 to try to see if higher price is better quality and yet not even a month later is it leaking really bad and wasting my money. I will not be back anytime soon annd this does not mean I won’t come back at all cause I definitely will but as of right now I just can’t give a good recommendation to buy anything from here except juice. The flavors are awesome. Again I’m pretty sad about this cause they are really cool people. But to see it’s defective product and continue to sell it, (I feel) is so people come back in a month to buy more, is kind of messed up. Please look at what you buy wholesale before you sell it double the price… I’m super sad… as I’ve been doing good just vaping.. if there is something I could learn please tell me! Reviews are a good start or see if they last longer than a month!!!! I’ll be back maybe in a year or so, going to try a different store for now. Read moreI was in the vicinity and decided to stop in for a disposable. The lady working was about as friendly as a rattlesnake but whatever. I got a disposable lost mary vape, paid for it and went on my way. Later looked at my bank account and realized I was charged $35!! I called to ask the price and she told me that was correct. THESE ARE $20 EVERYWHERE ELSE YOU GO!! Granted, I could have asked the price but figured it couldn't be any more or much more than anywhere else. Totally my fault for not paying attention but way to rob people. Geez. I would never recommend the place or return for any reason. I'll stick with my local smoke shop or travel across town next time. Huge rip off.
I see this company and it's employees are all rude and condescending, first I would like to point out that I was NOT on the phone as my phone was in my car. Second, I most definitely did not cuss anyone out, I simply said that I would not return due to the ridiculous prices. Read moreTERRIBLE experience! Sales girl was condescending, haughty, and dismissive. Spent my lunch hour coming to Anarchy Vape, because it was closer to my work, to buy a new vape. They didn’t have either of the pods or vapes that I prefer in stock (the Novo 3 or the Novo 2X). Instead, she convinced me to purchase a Novo 4- claiming, “It’s basically the same thing..” - which is a system that requires a coil be changed out as well as a pod and juice and a charger.
They didn’t have my juice in stock or anything similar (JuiceHead Guava Peach 25 mg) I ended up leaving skeptically with the Novo 4.
Not 10 minutes later did I try and fill it up and hit it and it wouldn’t even pull because it requires a certain start up process that she did not tell me about at all when I purchased it.
I ended up going back to my favorite Vape store on South 14th purchasing another Novo 3 instead.
Anarchy Vape charged me $45 for just the device alone where is I spent $35 at Vapor Maeven and was able to purchase a new device that worked and a bottle of juice.
