Went there yesterday, We had an unexpected visit to the hospital and my 5 y/o niece got hungry. She likes the cinnamon twist thin and me and my brother got 2 burritos etc. After about 5 minutes they call us and hand us the cups for our fountain drinks. About 30 minutes later my brother got tired of waiting(about 8 pm) and went up to find out how much longer. Turns out our order had been fulfilled and we were NOT informed about it. Everything was cold, the taco was soggy and we wasted 45 minutes when we could have gotten him and fed my niece in 1/2 an hour. Upon realising nobody called us, they offered no resolution and my brother declared he'd never go back.

UPDATED: also they care only for the drive thru and not the door dash been waiting 12mins seen more cars leave and not one of my orders. I'm a door dasher 1st time picking up from here went into the lobby they asked for my orders I showed them. Then another lady chubby and brown all I remember came and said the lobby is closed. I told her I'm door dash and she said it's still closed. I get it but if I was in there already before you locked the door ain't my problem it's yours don't take it out on me. Rude one word to describe.

Extremely slow drive through. (You’ve been warned!) I came through and waiting literally half of an hour (so might as well turn off the engine while in line) for these pathetically filled burritos. Just lazy workers and not a care in the world for the customers time, or correct portions. (Edit, the store hours are incorrect for the lobby and any and all attempts to edit lobby hours are shut down by the store. The line is always to the street much like chick fil a)

I visited this establishment earlier this evening and I ran out of gas in the drive thru. In my defense, I was in my brother's truck and his gas gauge is broken, so it doesn't tell me exactly how much gas it actually has. It was reading a quarter of a tank. Apparently, it was much lower than that. Anyway, I found out whilst I was waiting in line at the speaker after I had already taken my order. If you've ever visited this particular location then you know there is like cement guard rails that directs the cars through the drive thru. So i couldn't just get pushed off to the side so easily. It being a Friday night, with all these cars behind me, with drunk people getting gradually more and more aggravated with every second. I guess the employee working the headset could hear my distressed phone call to my sister. He asked if he wanted me to have him come out and help and before i could answer, another angry customer behind me came up and started having a discussion with me. Before i knew it two young men employed by this restaurant, who's names i wish i would have gotten, but i didn't. They came to my rescue. They ever made sure that i still recieved my order after pushing my car out of the way. I couldn't stop laughing in disbelief. It was such a ridiculous situation, and I'm not sure what i would have done without the genuine kindness and exceptional customer service provided by these employees. 10/10...

Last evening my wife and I stopped after work, and pick up dinner, was around 9pm. The store was busy I get that, but the order was wrong, and incomplete. I returned inside to have it corrected.... And they did but, they were cleaning the grill, the evidence was the smoke that filled the restaurant. The portion of the order that was missing was added to the bag and we went home. We live 15 miles out of town, so when we got home we sat down to eat. As we opened the bag, the modifications to the order were not included, although they charged us for it. Hey things happen wasn't going back into town. My wife said the food tasted off, so she didn't finish hers. Mine was fine, I thought. At 3am she became violently ill. I had her in the hospital for quite some time. She was released with a food poisoning diagnosis. I believe that missing portion of our order was prepared on a grill that was NOT, finished being cleaned. In turn we have had a miserable 18 hours with all of the glory of food poisoning. I don't believe the food was bad, because I am not ill. But I believe that she got sick, because the back of the house (kitchen staff) we're irresponsible and angry because I came back to get the order corrected. I have been a patron of Taco Bell for the better part of 40 years. I have no complaints on the company as a whole. Just this...

I love Taco Bell, as a previous vegetarian turned vegan they have been my struggle meal through thick and thin. You could get a small drink, potato fresco (before it got canceled) tacos, cinnamon crisps, and bean burrito for $5. I never forgot about what Taco Bell had done for me through career changes, the pandemic. And if you’re a plant based fam, Taco Bell is one of the few places you can get food on the road especially in Texas.

I was the one who talked my family into getting Taco Bell here a few days ago, because the one in our hometown is literally the worst Taco Bell on the planet (1 ⭐️ on Google literally) and we never go there.

I got my usual order at the drive thru. My husband wanted a bean chalupa and my son had a side of rice and beans. They got sick immediately after, and the only thing we could trace it back to was they both had the black beans, and I didn’t.

I felt horrible they got sick and after this experience, as we were on a family trip. My husband has sworn of Taco Bell altogether saying the beans were not good and messed with his stomach. I also feel naive because Taco Bell giving ppl the runs is not an unheard of stereotype. It’s not like advertise themselves as healthy, but I’ve just never personally experienced...
