I put in my order using the app 30 minutes ahead of time. The app said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I ordered 1 stuffed pretzel pizza, 1 thin crust pizza and 1 original. I drove 20 minutes to this location and then waited in the parking lot for them to let me know it was ready. After setting for nearly 10 more minutes in my truck I got a call from a lady informing me that they were out of stuffed pretzel pizza. So I told her I would just take an extra original so that I wouldn’t have to wait for an extra 20 minutes. Then she informed me that they were also out of thick crust. I asked her what did they have and all they had was original or regular pretzel bread but that I would have to wait an extra 20 minutes if I wanted the regular pretzel bread pizza. I to the 3 old dry original pizzas that they had setting under the heat lamps so that I wouldn’t have to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of the 30 I had already waited. I didn’t ask for a discount and they didn’t offer one in return for there crappie service or lack of selection. If they had apologized and offered a discount I would have at least rated them with 3 stars for trying to make up for poor management. Read moreBest little Caesar’s experience I’ve ever had in Abilene. I called for a pickup order, the young lady on the phone was so professional, polite, and friendly. I arrived early for my order, and the young lady and this young man were diligently working to get my food out as quick as possible. When the younger gentleman ( he was super TALL ) brought me my food, he apologized for the wait and was so sweet about it. Little did he know I arrived earlier then I was supposed to and they had my food out faster then any other place usually these days. Sure wish I would’ve got their names. Read moreThe management is unprofessional towards it's employees and the pans that are used for dough and other things are disgusting. Grease lines the edges of the pans in thick yellow layers. An exorbitant amount of scrubbing is required to remove said grease and the pans are so far gone that they don't want you to waste time cleaning the bottoms and edges. "Just make sure the inside is clean" they say. But what about when the dough goes on the racks and the tops of each dough are millimeters away from the bottom of the pan above? Extremely unprofessional general manager. Many who have heard my experience agree.
