Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Abilene

The food we ordered was good, but the service was terrible. We walked in find the chairs stacked on the tables and cleaning supplies strewn about. The employee at the front counter ignored us to joke around with kitchen staff. When he did acknowledge us, he asked if we were there to pick up an order. I told him no, we'd like to eat in. He said "Oh" and continued to ignore us. We were confused and stood at the counter. He asked us if we knew what we wanted and we said we didn't know yet and he again said "Oh." I asked when they were closing because I hate being the person to walk in 5 minutes before they're done for the night. He told us not for 3 hours and asked if we were going to need menus. I said yes. He gave us the menus and turned his back so we found a place to sit. We were the only people there. The lobby music was loud enough that we had to speak over it to hear each other, and the kitchen staff were playing there own music that was louder than that. When the guy did come to take our order he looked back toward the kitchen while he talked and we couldn't understand him. Maybe the guy got stuck up front and wasn't trained? I don't know but the whole service...

I’ll never get food from any Pizza Hut again after the experience I had here. My pizza took over an hour to be delivered to me which wouldn’t usually be a big deal, but the pizza was cold and one of my pizza’s was made completely wrong. When I called to ask for it to be corrected I was kept on hold for around 5 minutes maybe more, so I was pretty irritated by the time I finally talked to someone about my order. I’m sure he could hear the irritation in my voice, but I did not call him names, cuss, or treat the man badly I just asked if he could please have them send out my pizza made the right way. My corrected pizza also took an hour to arrive and after I ate it I got very sick. I do not believe in coincidences and I wouldn’t have felt obligated to write a review on this place if they hadn’t sent me a pizza that made me ill. I just simply wouldn’t have eaten her again, but that just was to far for me not to share my experience so other customers atleast know if you ask for this place to correct a mistake they made you’ll probably end up...

At the time of my order, I was told in 20 min. Our pizza's would be ready. I live in a neighboring town. I still had to get dressed, put gas in my truck and drive to Abilene. When I got there I was told by the cashier he would be with me in a moment. Moments later, after paying for my pizza, I'm told it will be a few minutes. My pizza still wasn't ready. I then overheard a woman demanding to speak to the manager because she'd been waiting 45 min. And another man had been waiting longer. I waited an additional 20 more min. Before my order was ready.
