Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in Abilene

I don't get the appeal of being up at 2am, or getting cookies at this time and that seems to be the big deal with this place. These are just regular cookies. I mean they are good, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go there. To be fair I only tried the chocolate chip with m&ms and it was free. Toll House cookies are way better...not sure why we couldn't just get one of those. I think people here get excited about new things, because it makes people here feel like Abilene is a big city, when it's not. No amount of cookie shops will change that. If eating cookies late is your thing, and you have money to spend, do it. Or, just go to United Supermarket before 9pm and get a chocolate chip cookie at the register.. Horrible experience every time I go slow service. The people working always look lost and it’s only ever one. People constantly leave because they can’t keep up. Just waited an hour for a pick up order due to this girl not realizing my order has been ready near 20 min ago and I asked her if it was going to be ready soon and she proceeded to walk back there to get my order like it was ready the whole time....
