Usually when I go to a Starbucks, there is a condiment table where creamer, sugar and so-on are available. This Starbucks has no such thing. It’s the annoying thing that’s prompted me to write this long over due review on Starbucks.
My husband hates Starbuck’s and when I drag him in with me, he always orders a large house black coffee (so his order can’t be screwed up and the transaction is faster). Every time there’s a ‘did you mean Venti or Grande?’ Question from the person working the register. My husband is confused and annoyed (Starbucks is the only company that struggles with the word ‘large’)… inevitably he says ‘Grande’ because in American that sounds like the largest. The Starbucks customer counter experience is Perfectly designed to work… sometimes.
Dunkin’ doughnuts makes better coffee and they’ve cracked the code on how to take a food and drink order.
I hope one day Starbucks can the see advantages of being beneficial to the consumer rather than sharing their lessons in fancy Italian cup sizes (when no other Italian seems to be associated to the brand). It was cute at first but we’ve realized how easy it is to make great coffee and now your cute brand differentiator (Italian cup sizes - la-de-da) is silly.

Read moreI really don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, and maybe this was just a bad day at this location, but this is the worst Starbucks experience I've had in many years. I think we are 4 days into the fall flavors for the year and, despite having signage outside by the door and everywhere on the inside, they have absolutely none of the pumpkin spice offerings. I get it that they run out of things from time to time, but maybe stop advertising until you have it back in stock. Ended up ordering a regular drip coffee. Then they proceeded to add the sugar and cream for me. I don't know why anybody would do that because that is definitely something that is an individual preference. As it was, they put too much sugar in and not nearly enough cream. That was the third time. The first cup was only half full because they ran out of drip coffee. I get it, sometimes we run out of stuff. But don't fill my cup up with the first 10 seconds of the brew. That coffee is like tar. That was the second cup. To top it all off, the Wi-Fi was its spotty, at best, for the half hour that I sat with my computer. The staff seemed nice enough but the overall...
Read moreI ordered an iced caramel macchiato and when I got it it was a hot drink so I took it back to the counter. I was met by another young woman who frowned at me and said when I have time I'll remake it. I waited a long time for that and when I got it it was heavily drizzled with caramel and I mean a lot of caramel where I had asked for very light drizzle and I told him it would be too sweet for me to drink please would they make me another one three of them turned in frowned and really got upset but one of them said yes and did. So I finally got the right drink and it just so happened that my daughter had driven over from San Angelo to take me to Starbucks for my Mother's Day because she couldn't make it on Sunday. And I was met with a lot of bad service and a lot of friends and this is very out of character...
