7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Abilene

I came into the store around maybe in between the times of 9:15-9:30 AM There was no cars in line or anything, so I'm pulling in and another car is pulling in next to me, but ultimately I was there first the worker comes out and goes straight to the other car in the 2nd lane. He starts talking to the customer in the car like he knew him (I'm assuming the customer in the car is his friend or he knows him which is fine) but I'm looking at them and then I turn and look inside to see if someone was gonna come help me because there is a store full of people in there. I make eye contact with a girl and I have a puzzled face and she just turns and keeps talking w/ her coworkers so I was probably waiting about 1-3 Minutes for someone to come out (Which is also fine I don't mind waiting) But to have a store full of people and no one doing anything but standing around talking as I'm waiting to get my order taken seems a little rude.. But anyways, someone comes out to take my order he walks to my car, turns around and walks to his coworker, talking to the other car say hi to him gives him a handshake as well and then comes back to my car and take my order. I just thought it was kinda rude, maybe if he acknowledged me and then went to the other car that would've been fine as well. But then again, these are a bit younger kids/adults so I don't expect much from them. But other than that, the worker was polite WHEN he took my order my drink was good and it...

Team did absolutely amazing.

The lady Allison was taking my order. She was a great employee. She even helped me out as this was my first time. She gave me a little bit of back story on 7 brew and was a true ambassador of your brand. I can tell she works hard and truly loves her job. She even asked if I was interested in joining the team. What a great employee. I think you guys should definitely bring her into leadership as she is great at what she does. This next week I have around 30 family members coming into the town and I’m gonna tell them all to stop by just because of Allison. This girls deserves a promotion.

Great and quick service, great drinks! BUT, I have asked for more and more peppermint each time I've gone (today was the 3rd time) and I NEVER taste it. Ended up going to Walmart and buying some peppermint extract to add a couple drops to my latte. Love the products and service, but PLEASE get a new mint flavor; I suspect yall are using some kind of weak powder (they come in "scoops") not a liquid. It's really frustrating to order triple servings of mint and not taste it whatsoever. I hate Starbucks and don't want to go back to them ever again, I'd rather just go to 7 Brew forever, but the lack of mint here is a deal...
