Was there today, January 8th around 2:30 p.m., and there were two young males behind the counter. The taller one was working hard taking care of customers in the drive -thru line and the short one was sitting on a chair in the back, behind the counter. The hard worker finally asked the lazy ass, can you help her? He reluctantly got up and asked, in a bored tone, can I help you? My grandchildren wanted the pink icing with rainbow sprinkles donuts. There were minimal donuts on display. Leftover muffins, holes and coffee crullers. He said, this is it I wound up buying two stale ones that were inedible to my grandchildren. My first review of the store was a few years ago and it was poor I only gave it a one star but after a few years coming back this store really upgraded and updated. They make the coffee fast and it's efficient always kind and never has messed up on my coffee once. I also saw YouTube video of a woman shaming someone who worked here which I found was extremely inappropriate. The workers here who have to tolerate rude customers I admire and they still get my coffee done quickly and fast. Absolutely love this Duncan which I wouldn't say 3 years ago and I'm happy to make this change and this post. Definitely would recommend if you're shopping...

This place was horrible the Indian person they was the supervisor or manager was rude and ignorant . I asked for a large 32oz ice coffee with no ice as I am not supposed to eat ice and have things at room temp he said we can’t do that and get out of line and I just removed myself and told him that he was very unprofessional .. this is how problems arise in today’s society and he had a smerk on his face this is a very unprofessional place to go to and I guess they don’t care because they have people that are loyal to DD!!!!
