Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Abington Township

Was never a fan of Chick-Fil-A and could NOT understand what people ever liked about it. Funny enough, I now too enjoy Chick FIL A. I'm definitely not even as close to obsessed as others I know nor even remotely love it enough to ever want to buy a bottle of Chick FIL A Sauce lmao but I gta give credit where credit is due and they definitely make a tasty chicken sandwich.

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 bc I rly REALLY wish they had a different fry option besides Waffle Fries to offer! Personally I HATE their fries which makes it a very rare occasion that we get their food for that reason. Ive tried their other options like their Fruit Cup which is unfortunately always gross selections of old nasty fruit. I've also tried their Mac & Cheese which isn't horrible but when I have that type of sandwich the last thing I want with it is Mac & Cheese. There's nothing better to pair such a sandwich with other than a fresh & delicious batch of salty, crispy Frencb Fries! PLEASE offer some krinkle cuts or at least give us some onion petals or something! Not everyone likes waffle fries or old,...

I have always and only had the highest regard for chick fil a quality & customer service. If they run out of some product, they are willing to swap out for something they have on hand. Today, they were out of breakfast chicken biscuits(or all biscuits). The cashier was informed me and then turned to the supervisor/manager (who was squatting below the counter working) to ask my request of swapping the chick-fil-a promotion out for chicken minis--which I am used to the chick-fil-a customer service offer on their own in the past. While I am aware that it was only a few minutes before breakfast ending, the prob I had was the fact that the supervisor asked who it was and peeped up over the counter at me before giving her answer of no. If she had answered it was policy not to swap before wanting to know who asked, then I would have viewed it as poor customer service but not biased decision on who is allowed a swap on a food item. Needless to say we were going to purchase as well as use our promotional calendars and decided to take our purchase to Starbucks in the same...

update March 11 2023... sandwich was good, we waited a long time not as efdicient as other locations salad looked like a total mess , and not as full as usual , also ALL PRUCES HAVE BEEN INCREASED so much so we could have done a sit down meal for what we paid for a salad 2 shakes a chixken sandwich and a 4 strip of chicken ..... the following is my previous review a while ago..... ••getting not as NICE... seriously for months now..you are only ALLOWED to buy a small size milkshake.. have to beg for a 2nd dressing for their large pricey salads that used to always look and taste good. Now even that isnt the case... We gave it one last visit.......
