I’ll start off by saying that my husband and I were super excited to try this place because we both love seafood and Mediterranean food. Unfortunately, our experience there for dinner last night was incredibly disappointing. We had a 6:00 dinner reservation, and walked in the door at about 6:02, and were seated promptly at the table in the upper part of the restaurant in the corner. At 6:11 we were still waiting for someone to come over to us and I started to try to catch the eye of one of the servers to see if we could get someone to come take a drink order. At 6:14, a waitress finally came over to us, and asked if anyone had helped us yet. When we told her no she asked what we wanted to drink. She didn’t greet us or tell us her name or even apologize for no one having come over. She then brought our drinks and took our orders (we ordered an appetizer, my husband’s entree came with soup, and we both got entrees). She didn’t speak to us at all except to ask us what we wanted. She then came back a minute later to ask if I wanted white or brown rice as my side (because apparently my dish was supposed to come with rice). We then sat there waiting until 6:33, when my husband’s New England clam chowder was brought out, but not our appetizer. Our fried calamari appetizer was brought out at 6:39, followed 2 minutes later by our entrees being brought out at 6:41, minus my rice. I was also out of water at this point so was trying to catch our waitress’s attention to get both my rice and some water, unfortunately to no avail. We finally were able to get the attention of the hostess at 6:56 and asked her to send our waitress over, which she did, and I was able to get my water and rice. The New England clam chowder tasted fine, but nothing special. The fried calamari, however; was so disappointing, it was so salty it was practically inedible. I had read a review raving about how great it was and I love fried calamari so I had been so excited to try it, and was very disappointed. By far the best thing we tried was the fish, calamari, shrimp, and scallop Tajin that I ordered. The flavor was fantastic, 5 star for sure. Unfortunately, it didn’t have a single scallop in it. My husband had ordered the ahi tuna special with wasabi mashed potatoes, and overall the dish was mediocre… the ahi tuna itself was cooked well and tasted fine, but the salsa on top had avocado that was completely unripe and hard which ruined it, and the wasabi mashed potatoes were completely under seasoned. Once we finished eating we then sat and tried to get our waitress’s attention yet again, for quite some time. During this time we noticed that all the other tables had pita and some sort of other baskets brought out to them when they were seated, which we had never received. The manager was also going and talking to every table, but never came over to talk to us at all. Finally, at 7:25 our waitress noticed us trying to get her attention again and came over, and I asked for 1 box for my tajin leftovers. She then said she’d bring the check (without asking if we wanted dessert) and disappeared. Someone else brought the check. On our way out we passed the hostess and owner/manager… they both told us to have a nice night, yet neither asked how our meals were despite the fact that we had seen the owner/manager talking to every table around us. I hate to come to this conclusion, but based off of how we were treated it’s the only one I can come to given that we were the only white people in the restaurant… I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who isn’t in their community as they will be ignored and treated poorly, while everyone else is treated well. It’s very disappointing, I was hoping to have found a good go-to seafood place. *note: it seems like most of the previous reviews are clearly family/friends, hence the 5 star rating

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Seafood Experience at Seven Seas! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Seven Seas, located at 3 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA, and I must say—it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the inviting atmosphere made it the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The seafood selection at Seven Seas is nothing short of phenomenal. I indulged in a variety of dishes, and every bite was an absolute delight: • The grilled Branzino was perfectly cooked, with a delicate, smoky flavor that melted in my mouth. • The Mullet fish prepared Egyptian-style was a unique and delicious treat—bursting with authentic spices and flavors. • The butterfly shrimp were succulent and expertly seasoned. • The fried calamari was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, a perfect balance of texture and flavor. • The crab cake was hands down one of the best I’ve ever tasted—rich, flavorful, and packed with fresh crab meat. • To top it off, the assortment of appetizers was exceptional, especially the eggplant salad, which was incredibly unique and bursting with flavor. The variety of fresh seafood on offer is remarkable, catering to every seafood lover’s dream. It’s clear that every dish is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Seven Seas has truly set a new standard for seafood dining in the area. If you’re looking for a place that combines outstanding food, exceptional service, and a wide variety of options, this is the spot for you. I cannot recommend Seven Seas enough—this is by far the best seafood I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be returning soon! Five stars, without a doubt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just came from Seven Seas and I am dying to report our experience with high school as outstanding! We had ordered babaganush and which was as the best I’ve ever had and hummus which was very home made and traditional and red pepper chef 👨‍🍳 spread came complimentary. So we had 3 nice appetizers to start with almost immediately. Fried calamari and fried shrimps came soon after and you can see how large these 4 pieces were. Then we had muscles and clams in white sauce (clams came with cherry tomatoes and spinach surprisingly nice touch) and for the main course we had was whole orata grilled fish with plenty of mush potatoes and shrimps over scampi linguini. We finished with rice pudding and lemon cake. Our server Moe was fast and professional not to mention handsome. Later the owner Ali came to speak with us and we had a lot of information about where is food coming from and I had a cup of thick rich coffee. It was the 6/22 dinner time and people were plenty and we watched other beautiful dishes delivered to the tables. We have an idea what to order next time even without looking at the menu. My review won’t be complete without mentioning the seafood case at the entrance and you can pick the fish and have it cooked to order. My partner is a seasoned chef who is in food business for over 50 years and he mentioned that everything is super fresh and best quality seafood. We are going to visit again asap. So many things to try…I am planning to chose a large sea bass for the company of 6 or 8 and have time of our lives! Best of luck Ali and your staff who seems care so much about your business. 🤞 And of course fork and the spoon on the doors…brilliant idea! 💪😂👍
