Munchy's Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Abington Township

The food was delicious which was the only saving fact about our experience with this place. We ordered from Grubhub, like we typically do for many other places. The delivery was where this experience went down hill. The delivery person showed up with multiple people in the car.. which was weird. Then proceeded to ask me to help her bring the food out of the car. Instead of carrying the food up the three steps she put the food on the ground. We politely asked her to not leave our food on the ground, but she continued taking our food from her TRUNK and place it on the ground. Once we got the food inside thinking this odd exchange was over, she demanded money. This wouldn't have been alarming if we hadn't already paid and confirmed payment through GH. She refused to take the GH order and payment confirmation. After about 5 minutes of hassling us for the payment and yelling back and forth to the people in the car. She finally called the store, who confirmed payment was already made. We thought this was where this saga was gonna end, nope! She came back up the steps holding her hand out and verbally asked for a tip. I explained to her that I pretipped thru GH, she demanded that I show her and prove that a tip was given. The food was great but that experience was unsettling. We will probably not order from here again just to avoid this...

Was a bad experience all around. They charged for bbq sauce that they did not put on the sandwich. I said I did not want the bbq sauce once I realized it was $1 charge for it. So they did not put it on but made sure to still charge for it. Also told my food was made and ready. I went to pick it up and then was told it was not ready but the bbq sauce was on the bread so they could not take off the charge for it. Yet the pictures are clear they did not put it on. Was lied to numerous times and the staff walked away without answering direct questions because of the lies told about the food. Husband ate his food and it went through him. I believe they may have tampered with the food. For anyone else I would not go here it is a health hazard and who knows what else they have done to others food and charges they add on to up charge. Food poisoning or unsanitary conditions may have been the reason for my husband sickness. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH...

Took almost an hour longer than expected for my food to arrive. Driver handed me someone else's food with my order, so I had to flag him down to give it back before he left so some other person didn't have to suffer an even longer wait. When I actually looked at what my order was, they forgot the fries I had paid for and the extra blue cheese which I was charged for. Called them back and they were nice enough, but they said they would send the driver back out. I didn't want to wait another hour for fries and blue cheese so I drove to the restaurant. They gave me a measly portion of fries and still didn't give me all of the extra blue cheese they charged me for. By the time I got back into my car to go home, and realized that they still didn't give me what I paid for, I was too tired to address it, and it was getting late so I just went home and counted it as a loss. Don't plan on ordering...
