Dunkin' — Restaurant in Abington

The worst and slowest service ever!!! They're always deciding to lock the door and only serve the drive thru, while they have like 10+ cars on the drive thru all the time!!!! I placed my order using on the go (walk in) and the lady refused to give me my food when I walked up to the window and started blaming me because she was so busy. How am I the one responsible for the fact that they’re understaffed and busy ? They really expected me to wait in the drive thru for more than 15 minutes just because they decided to lock their door. Whoever is the manager of the store, you need to teach your employees how to communicate with customers professionally...

Normally, I would have said this location is great. Over the past couple of months, service and products are going downhill. Understandably, they were closing earlier than normal due to being Christmas Eve, however the POSTED closing time for tonight was 6:00pm...we walked in at 4:49pm and we were asked to leave because they're closing. "We've already cleaned the machines and ovens, you need to go thru drive up, but we're not making any food and we're locking the doors." I spend $15-$20 at THIS location per visit and we go there often...but, this was my last trip here! The rudeness and attitude was unnecessary. Merry...

Terrible service. Walked in to get a drink and can’t even get a welcome to Dunkin Donuts or greet. Employees walking around but couldn’t even take an order or let me know that they are busy at the moment. Manager was there but couldn’t even come take the order or send someone or let someone know that there are people at the cashier. Waited for 5-10 min and not one person came over to cashier. New management is terrible. Old management was better. Rather drive to Brockton to get better coffee and...
