Starbucks — Restaurant in Abington

Worst customer service experience! I went to a large iced coffee with skim milk which I was told it was unavailable. I asked for the other available substitute options for dairy, this barista with short hair and red highlights had scoffed, rolled her eyes at at me and pointed at the sign above her rather than communicating with the customer! Mind you, my order had also taken over 15 minutes because the barista was terribly slow despite me being the only customer there. My order ended up being completely wrong to make things worst. I take a sip of my coffee and not to my surprise this irresponsible barista had given my dairy. I have a terrible lactose allergy and became terribly sick from the drink. Never coming to this Starbucks ever again! Better off driving 10 minutes to another one with...

This is a complaint to the lady who was working Labor day Monday morning alone. She was so busy talking to a customer she took about 2 minutes to realize i was standing there. But I was completely blown away when she told me I had to mix my own coffee myself because she was allergic to sugar. If that is true you should not be working at a coffee place it is not fair to the paying customers!! I have never been at a Starbucks before where they did not make my coffee. Other coffee places as well make your coffee regardless!! Will not be going back to this...
