Had a nice, albeit brief, chat with the owner yesterday. Told him how very nice his staff always were whenever I go through the drive through. Placed my order and went to the window to pick it up and told the woman at the window how I spoke to the owner and how I praised the staff. She said thank you very much. I ordered an iced cappuccino. I didn’t ask for sugar. What I received was an iced cappuccino with loads of sugar. I went back through the drive thru and asked to replace it with another product since no where on the menu it says the drink comes with a sugar mix.
