Verizon — Local services in Abington

I’ve had the pleasure of working Craig a couple of years ago. The delivery of my device to the store had some hiccups that he helped me through (through no fault of his own).

It was time for me to upgrade my iPhone and because of past positive experiences with this store and Craig, I returned. I usually get an upgrade every couple of years.

I was happy to see Craig (all be it with a beard now, lol). And I was equally happy that he was able to help we with my next upgrade and purchase.

Craig is polite, patient, competent, knowledgeable in all areas of the sales and his job and kind. He just has the best energy. I’m grateful that I can have the confidence that he’s out there to help his customers and not be a pushy salesman.

He gave me a heads up to when the next sales are for my Apple Watch or IPad and I will be returning to this store because of him.

Purchased a 1K phone and store offered a promotion for at tablet for $.99. They specifically asked if i wanted internet and i said no, it will be used on Wifi only. 5 months later, multiple calls and complaints to Verizon over monthly recurring charges on this device I was told to bring it back to the store to avoid paying a $175 cancellation fee. The manager REFUSED to take it back, basically telling tough luck, pay the fee. This location deceived me, never told me when I purchased this that I was now in a 2 year commitment. His interaction and poor customer service skills was poor reflection on Verizon. He wouldn't even take a minute to listen, first told me the return policy is 90 days, then when i stated the return would have been before 90 days if i had been instructed to return when I originally complained changed the return policy to 14 days! Never will I walk in this store again and I will continue to get the word out that this company lies to...

I came into the store hoping to figure out how to get the best deal for the IPhone 16 Pro Max, and I was helped by Arielle. He was extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and everything you would want for someone working in a place such as Verizon. I was confused and asked a lot of questions which Arielle had no problem answering and helped walk me through the entire process perfectly. I honestly have not ever had such a pleasant experience in Verizon before and I’ve never met someone working there so knowledgeable and kind at the same time. I am grateful to have come to this location and for all future Verizon visits this will be the store I want to go to.
