We go to this McD's fairly often, only because it's the only convenient fast food in the area between kids sports activities. But if there was a better option, we'd stop going here in a heart beat.
For whatever reason, this location does NOT have a drive thru. Curbside would be fine, except it takes forever to get your food. Today I places an order for three soft drinks/juices as I left the doctor's office. It took us three minutes to get there and then we waited for another 18 minutes to get our drinks after I checked in. I finally called them and tried to tell them that I had been waiting but got met with a screeching dial-up tone. On my second call they finally brought drinks out.
Now, I am generally one to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this exact scenario has happened every single time at this location, which leads me to believe it's poor management/staffing instead of simple error.
I understand that they get busy inside (again, there's no drive-thru) but I don't understand the long wait for such simple orders. Yes, I could have gone inside, but I had three small children with me, including a sleeping baby - I didn't want to haul everyone out just to go in, struggle to carry everything, and come right back out. And of course, I don't need to justify why I wanted/needed curbside - there could have been a hundred reasons why I couldn't get out to go in.
This McDonald's location is extremely slow (and nearly always get a slightly incorrect order) . Unfortunately, unless a better option presents itself I will probably continue coming back, but...
Read more👎🏼💩 Once in blue moon will I ever submit a review on the internet, but I’ve taken the effort to come here in order to vent out the built in hatred I have for this place. This place is god awful, I have never had a positive experience in the maybe 3 times a year I come here. The line is nearly always out the door because the staff never seem to have adapted to a system in the kitchen. Slowest fast food I’ve ever had, it should be a record. There’s one female cashier in particular who I swear has been there for years and still doesn’t know how to work the cash register POS system. I mean they train teenage kids how to use those things in 1 week. I’ll wait more than 10 minutes for a coffee sometimes, and while I’m waiting I watch 2 employees just standing around doing nothing except watch the line of customers grow. Last time I went here, I ordered fries (they were cold and stale) and as I went to get ketchup, both pumps were empty. I respectfully told the staff that they were empty, and they responded back to me ‘we know’, and went back to their daily tasks of doing nothing and never filled them. They didn’t even offer me ketchup packets I had to get their attention a second time in order to ask for some. This is common sense stuff. Apparently a lack of common sense is a requirement to work in this establishment. It’s a shame Google forces us to give 1 Star they should get a black...
Read moreIn the last year it seems it's run by a different person or different crew, but you walk in and it seems like the employees are always on break and eating in store somewhere and they're always massively behind on orders. I ordered breakfast the other day at 10: 00am, 10:20 comes and I'm still waiting for my food. I can see my bag on the counter with my number on it waiting to be filled and I asked how much longer it's going to be cuz you know 20 minutes from McDonald's food's a little bit of a wait... I get told it'll be one second. They're waiting on hash browns then 3 minutes later my empty bag has been taken off the counter and thrown out. so I asked why he threw the bag out. He says oh. They're making your food now. That doesn't clarify why my bag was thrown out but now a few more minutes pass by. I asked where that food is and they tell me that it's no longer breakfast time... And that I have to reorder my food.. well, we're almost at 27 minutes of my half an hour break so I guess no lunch today and this was on the app so now I have to deal with filing complaints with thier automated service...
