I've not been to all the shops here but I do go to Trader Joe's and I've been in Staples a few times. Trader Joe's people are very friendly and helpful. I've never had any issue with them. A few times the packaged watermelon was not quite ripe, but that's not their fault really. The Staples is pretty convenient and has a fair amount of product. So that's good. Update 4/2/23. They have now upgraded to the violin scam. A kid stands there pretending to play violin, pretending to be a starving prodigy. All while an amplifier blasts pre recorded distorted violin music. Awful. Previous performance: Some lunatic “singing” with his amplifier cranked up to the max outside the new cafe. Trader Joe's products are of consistently high quality. That being said, the price of Trader Joe's high quality products are competitive with the cost of 'store brand's items in most other large stores . Lastly, but importantly, I find that the staff are always polite...
