Smoothie King — Restaurant in Acworth

I've never been to this location before. I was on an errand in the area and stopped in. I gave 2 stars because the smoothie was good. BUT, this was the dirtiest Smoothie King I've ever seen! Spills everywhere. Didn't notice behind the counter until I had ordered and paid. You can easily see the floor behind the counter, counter prep area and the area where they keep the friuts and add in's. It was a sloppy mess! Not very appealing. Also, the bathroom sink was filthy...like not cleaned in a good while...gunk around the drain. Also, there was no soap in the restroom. The wall soap dispenser was totally empty and someone had added a little water to the last drop of soap in a pump dispenser on the sink. Really? Come on. I've been to at least a half a dozen Smoothie Kings and they are always really clean. After I left I actually was waiting for the opportunity to review this Smoothie King. BTW no customers were there when I arrived and only one other customer came in after me. So they, looked like two high school girls, were not too busy to clean up. Won't be back to...

I wish I could give zero stars. I sent my son to go get me a smoothie from this location near Walmart. I can't have peanut butter so I told him to sub for almond butter. It was on the receipt but guess what, when he brought it back, I took one sip and tasted plenty of pb. Good thing I don't have a severe allergy to it. I told him to take it back but they wouldn't give a refund because I took a sip. A literal sip because it was still full. They could have tossed it, apologized and refunded my money. So, that was a loss. This location is always raggedy. I went a few days ago and ordered one and it wasn't halfway thick but I gave this location another chance. Mistake. How do you get a smoothie wrong! That's what I get for not sending him to the Crater Lake location. They are always friendly, get it right everytime that I go. I will not ever be returning to that location near Walmart on Cobb again. Everyone that works there acts like it's a difficult job. It's not! Clearly I'm aggravated. I wasted my money and still...

I come to this location a lot because it’s convenient. I have now had multiple ehh and bad experiences.. I was hoping that my opinion would change but this was by far the worst. They need some help and management in the afternoons and during closing. My bad experiences have included one of the same employees. I don’t want this to bring her down but to allow her to see from a different perspective, she looks like she doesn’t want to be working, when it is busy she doesn’t even help the other worker, and the mood comes off ugly to a customer. I understand there are procedures in place but when there is a girl who looks likes she’s drowning, then help her!!! The smoothie I got tonight, I get at least once a week… tonight’s didn’t taste like it’s suppose to by far.. it tastes like I’m drinking ice with sink water and soap, I don’t even taste any ingredients… I get it’s late and y’all are busy but service is service. I hope that my view can change but I won’t be coming here anymore...
