The food here is just okay. The reason my husband and I plan on contacting their corporate is the employees. I cannot even begin to describe how ignorant and lazy their employees--or, more specifically, delivery drivers--are. We have, on MANY occasions, ordered something, had the driver completely forget it, had to call in, been told they will send him back with the missing items as soon as he gets there, and ended up NEVER RECEIVING THE ITEM(S) WE PAID FOR. On two separate occasions, my husband ordered one baked sub and one drink while at work and had them forget the drink (a 2 liter). The first time, they left and brought him back a 20oz and when he said he paid for a 2L, the driver just handed him the 20oz and tried to leave...On that day, he ended up calling and being told five different times that they would send the driver with his correct drink, and eventually had to go to the store himself after work to pick it up because no one EVER came. This happened again today, though they forgot the drink altogether and brought it 2 hours after he originally received his sub, meaning he had to eat a cold sub after waiting for an hour while being told his drink was on the way, and did so with nothing to drink (he works alone and cannot leave during his shift). They have forgotten part of our order every single time we have bought food from them, and that has been fairly frequently because we are fans of Domino's subs and wings. I cannot fathom how these employees are still working for a business that boasts flamboyantly about its amazing customer service in every commercial on television. Insane. Read moreIf I could give a lower rating, this would finally have to be that time. The experience I had today has been my last disappointment. I had guests and placed an order for delivery. It was actually a good delivery time , with just one catch. A portion of my order was missing. I asked for the 14 piece wings, and when they came to me I had 12. When I called back they needed to catch their driver, only to have 2 wings delivered a half hour later. By the time they arrived, we were already on dessert. Which had apparently been squished at some point,cause they no longer resembled the lava cake. It looked like a chocolate pancake. I think next time, I'm going somewhere else. Y'all lost my business for life over this. Yeah, all cause someone can't count.(Update again. I'll add some more photos, but for the description part first. I ordered 2 large pepperoni pies and one Supreme. When I got to open the box, one of the first things I notice is the holes in the dough. Not just air bubbles like you'd think. Read moreIt makes zero sense to try and keep a store open with one person working. I certainly understand being short staffed, I work in customer service as well. But if you’re going to have literally one person in the whole store then what are you doing? This is the second time I have sat there for more than 10 mins even waiting on someone to answer the phone, only one person working I understand. So finally I get an answer and let her know my name and she said she will check on it, another 10 mins goes by without hearing anything, only one person I understand. So I go to the door just to see where we are at with it since I probably won’t be getting a call back as she’s too busy to stop and do that.
