Taco Mayo — Restaurant in Ada

2 of 3 taco salads were like eating a plain salad with salsa. All crispy tacos were stale. 2 soft tacos were great, ordered a rice and it was not included. Called immediately and complained. Assistant manager said we will just remake your order tomorrow. Spoke with GM today and was informed that a receipt and food needed to be returned when purchased per Taco Mayo policy. I was not informed of that when initially calling. GM schooling me, when she should be instructing employees of how things go at Taco Mayo. I informed her that I am a customer not employee so therefore that's unneeded info for me. GM states noone else has complained. I said no, they just don't come back! GM acted like someone was trying to get something they didn't deserve. Hello people my name is Rey and I'm a trucker so I've been to a lot of places but I've never been to a Taco Mayo. It was my first time ever at one of these locations and the staff here are so polite and very easy going, that even the Manager came over to make sure that my needs were met. I've been to a lot of places but this place really made me feel at home and the food was awesome. I don't know who the Franchise Owner is but whomever that is couldn't have picked a better team. I wasn't rushed to order and they were very friendly and professional but best of all they were very enthusiastic we need more of this in America and to top it off I loved the food on a scale from 1 to 10 I give it 100 if you were to ask me would I go back I would definitely go back I just wanted to say Great!!
