I absolutely hate to leave a local business a bad review. And the owner of this place is a nice guy, but wow, what a mess this place is. First off, the prices on the menu, and website aren’t even close to what you’ll be charged at the register. We noticed a large difference and have a receipt to prove it. We were seated in here for over an hour and couldn’t bother anyone on the wait staff for a refill, not me, my wife or my son were offered a refill during the whole meal. My wife ordered a special that was presented to us by our waitress for $13.99 (10 boneless wings and a drink w/fries) which at the register ran up to $18.62 somehow. However her wings were over cooked and literally had no sauce on them, and they had none to offer, only ranch. I ordered a cheese calzone, and the waitress and/or owner decided that it would be bland, and added a second cheese, which I was charged an extra $3.11 for, even though the menu says up to four toppings, and I didn’t ask for a second cheese, ot only that but, it was changed from a calzone to a Stromboli, which was some how higher on the receipt, than on the menu or website. Also the drinks which never got refilled were way more expensive on the receipt than the website or menu also. After reflecting on it, the service was bad, the food was bland, and the prices didn’t match what we were charged at all. I’m not sure what’s going on here, but this wasn’t what I expected at all. We went in for a good meal, that should have costed $35-40 based off the menu, and spent right at $70, not including a tip. If the owner or someone can reach out and explain to me the lack or clarity on pricing, or why the service was terrible we can potentially change this. But right now this...
Read moreWe decided to give a local place a try, overall it wasn’t too bad, however, the prices on the menu do not match the total results on the receipts. When we pointed that out, we were told that it was a 3.5% Card fee, which is fine but that would not affect the original food prices listed on the receipt. For two of us it was $60 and we only ordered small salads in our entrée. They do not have a soda machine, so they charge you for bottled water. There was really nowhere to sit that was comfortable except for two tables and then bar seating
As for the food, the vegetables in the calzone, we’re not really cooked, the crust was pretty good! At $15 a calzone, I probably would go somewhere like mellow mushroom or Olive Garden.
They definitely need more staff, the back kitchen. People were yelling at the front kitchen people which seemed pretty unprofessional. Could not handle the amount of people that were in there, it seemed obvious that they were stressed out, but hopefully that will work itself out as they have more experience. With the poor environment, the quality of food, it is definitely not worth $60...
Read moreOk...well pizza was fairly good..I honestly expected it to b better. The biggest issue for me was the seating, eating on dollar store plates..seriously an being served drinks in bottles. An only 2 tables with seating for 4 people..jus appears it was started without alot of thought. There was bar seating..jus appeared to b a bar that served pizza. I was really looking forward to eating here an was very let down. Food was good but not as good as expected. I'll probably go back but I'll order to go. Which seemed like they did alot of..of course when u have no seating i guess that's what u gotta do. So poor seating very cheap paper places that actually stuck to the table from the grease seeping through it..wow. an the bottled drinks...ya know coca cola will supply u with fountain machines an ice machines. Jus call them..down size the bar an put in more tables or rename it pappys bar. Sorry I was jus really let down..but I'll eat there again take out...
