Has a terrible attitude problem lied about being able to pull up an order on her side with the order number Refused to give me corporates number yelled and screamed that I ordered on the app and she couldn’t help me find my order continued to argue in person with the person I sent to pick up my order and when I called the store she didn’t answer the phone till I called multiple times. Witnessed her talking badly about me to her male co worker in Spanish like no one would understand what she is saying in Spanish news flash Griselda if you can even read this and comprehend it we all understand what your saying!!… all because she assumed I didn’t pay for an online order does she not know how the app works? How you have to pay for online orders to place them. She held me up at the location for over 30 mins I called corporate after finding the number on my own to find out she LIED and could pull up the order on her side in her system! Terrible customer service! Terrible management $50 order and In the end I was missing 3 items… 3 wraps I did not even call back to speak with her because I did not want her unprofessional behavior she should not work in customer service! I want to talk to the owner and corporate to follow through with my report on her because she should never treat customers like this who does she think she is to Blantly lie refuse to give the corporate number but then mysteriously find my order after 30 plus minutes of arguing with her I have never seen a more unprofessional...
Read moreI wouldn't give this any stars if it allowed me. This has been the worst Arby's I have ever visited. The drive through line was incredibly long so I decided to go inside thinking the wait would be shorter only to spend 22 minutes waiting for a roast beef sandwich with curly fries. The manager seemed not to pay any mind to the complaints one after another about wrong orders or burnt roast beef sandwiches and stale fries.. The list went on. I had ordered a milk shake with my meal and half way through drinking it I was still waiting for my food to realize my order had somehow been passed up.. After asking again about it several more minutes went by when my bag was handed to me. I had returned to my car opened my meal to discover my own stale fries and half burnt meat yet after the experience in there I didn't even want to deal with it.. Hopefully this location will hire new management and staff if they wish to remain open yet I will be driving the extra 20 min to a different location should I want Arby's. Extremely...

We decided to have a fun New Year’s Eve lunch at work but there are no Arby’s super close by so my boss drove 20 minutes to get lunch for everybody, including the owner of our company. I called in the order over the phone because it was for 6 people. The lady who took my order was very nice and read everything back to me and she had it all correct. They forgot the owner’s Reuben, the only thing they forgot. So my boss had to drive 20 minutes back to go get it. When I called to tell them that she was driving back to get it and asked if they would have it ready, nobody even gave the slightest apology. Just “ok we’ll have it ready.” When she got there, nobody apologized to her either. Mistakes happen, I get that. I was a server for a long time and it takes almost no effort to be polite.
