This Panera is not even worth 1 star. EVERY TIME I go to this Panera, they manage to get the order wrong. Last time, I ordered gorgonzola cheese on my salad (for an extra charge, of course) and they did not put any on it. I let the manager, George, know and he said I was able to receive a free salad for the inconvenience. He was really nice. However, I went there tonight and ordered Mac and Cheese. It took 15 mins to receive my order and the mac and cheese was COLD. I then spoke with the manager, Pandora (who is NOT equipped to be a manager!), who replied with "Oh yes, I remember you had a problem last time." & I explained to her (nicely) how my Mac and Cheese was cold. She then responded with, "Last time you had a problem, too." That is ALL she said. I responded with, "Are you trying to say that I am the problem here?" & she responded with, "No you didn't let me finish. You're putting words in my mouth." Even though I DID let her finish, & she finished with "Last time you had a problem, too." She then proceeded to have the WORST attitude I have ever witnessed and walked away from the problem. She didn't refund me, she did not offer a free pastry, or SIMPLY APOLOGIZE. I feel terrible for the workers -- If Pandora can treat a customer so terrible, I can ONLY imagine how she treats her employees. She needs to go! Read moreI placed my order on the app for a rapid pick up for this location. When I arrived at the time I requested for, there were signs at the rapid pickup hub stating to go to the cashier to pick up the order. There was only one cashier at the counter who was already placing their order with the cashier (which I now feel that ordering ahead defeated the purpose since I had to wait in line anyway). As I waited for the man to complete his order in front of me, another woman walked in and stood to the side. Instead of acknowledging me, who had been waiting for a “not so rapid pickup,” the cashier looked over me and asked the woman who came in AFTER me if she was there for a pick up. Another employee who had witnessed what had happened jumped in and asked if she could help me. When I gave her my name, the original cashier passed over my bag to the other person and did not apologize, make eye contact, or acknowledge me. In fact, it was as if she had some issue with me, mind you I have never seen this woman before a day in my life. I’m inclined to believe that she just has issue with black people since all the other people were not black. Needless to say, I do not appreciate the service I received here and will go out of my way to not patronize this location anymore.
Besides, the cashier issue, they should make not in the app that they do not do rapid pickup — it’s false advertising and having customers go to a cashier defeats...
Read moreThis is definitely my least favorite Panera. Every time I've ordered food, something has been forgotten or prepared incorrectly. I generally go out of my way to go to another Panera if I plan to order food. Today I didn't have that option. The lines were long at the kiosks and the register, so I ordered from the app for dine in. It only allowed "Contactless Dine In" and not delivery to my seat. I stood near the pickup area, waiting for them to call my name. My name was on the board, and other orders where being filled ahead of mine. Eventually my name disappeared from the board (never went to ready) but there was no food in the window that looked like what I ordered. Four minutes later, I received a text saying my order was ready...still no food that looked like mine. 5 more minutes passed then I decided to walk over and look at the orders in the window. One was mine, but it was missing an item. I asked for it and it magically appeared immediately. When I mentioned that nobody called my name, I was told "That's because you wanted contactless dine in. You got a text saying it was ready." If I truly wanted no contact, you just made me have more contact than those who didn't order via the app!
Unless your strapped for time, go to one of the other Panera's...
