I’m always on the hunt for a good eggplant Parm sandwich, but unfortunately, Rosalia’s Deli just didn’t hit the mark for me. The eggplant was really soggy, and the whole sandwich was lacking that crispiness I was hoping for. It wasn’t quite what I wanted. On the bright side, the marinara sauce was pretty solid—not too sour or tangy, and it had good flavor, but the sandwich itself was just missing something. It wasn’t my favorite.
That said, they do have a lot of other options on the menu, and I’ll probably give them another shot. This time around, the only other thing we tried was the gelato, and that was amazing. You can tell it was fresh, and it was definitely the highlight of the meal.
The deli has a good amount of seating, but it does get really busy during lunch rush, so just a heads-up. You can pre-order if you want to skip the line, which is a nice option. They’ve got pizzas, pastas, salads, subs—the whole lineup—so I might come back to try something else, but the eggplant Parm sandwich?...
Read moreWalked into Rosalia's yesterday for the first time and was so glad I did. Jesse (I hope I spelled your name correctly) was so welcoming and explained the menu to me. He also recommended a sandwich because I was overwhelmed by the amazing menu. I had the half Guys Panini and half Spinach salad. It was delicious. Bought a Caprese salad to go. Also delicious. While I was waiting for the Caprese salad, Jesse gave me samples of their house made gelato which was fantastic. I wish I could have tried everything there, but I was already so full! I bought some things to take home and try out as well. I look forward to coming back. Next I will have to try their pizza. They have a brick oven right inside! Thanks again for your service...
Read moreCo-workers wanted to meet up for lunch and I am so glad they choose this place. They have some table and chairs inside, but it can be a tight fit during the lunch rush. The employees are helpful, and the place looked very clean. The menu has a lot of options, and I was happily surprised they have gluten free bread which was the best gluten free bread I have ever had a sandwich on. The contents on the sandwich were flavorful and you could tell they were fresh. It came with a side salad which had a great dressing on it. Overall, the meal was worth the price, and I would recommend trying them out yourself. I did spot a homemade galeto selection, but didn't indulge on this first trip, but I may need to check that out and report back...
